The palm lined sea front promenade is just a 200 metre walk away. It has a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars overlooking the harbour and Javea bay. From exquisite Spanish cuisine to wonderful Italian Pizzerias, steak houses, Chinese - the choice is endless aspiring to everyone’s taste. Try the Arenal area (5 mins by car) with its' beautiful golden palm lined sandy beach as well as a further choice of bars and restaurants and lively night life. Air conditioning and central heating. Double glazed. Large 25sqm private balcony, south facing, ground floor with access direct to superb 25 metre (80ft) pool with separate showers and changing rooms and magnificent gardens. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea is in the north of Alicante province, between Cabo San Antonio and Cabo La Nao. 1 hour drive north of Alicante airport and 1 hour south of Valencia airport. The town comprises three main areas - the old town, the fishing harbour/port and the Arenal. The wooded hills behind the beach and town hide the beautiful residential areas. In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate in this area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. Javea enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in the summer and mild temperatures in the winter. The region averages about 3,000 hours of sunshine per year (about 325 days per year) and the average temperature is more than 20 degrees Centigrade. About 35 minutes away by car you have the fantastic Spanish theme park called Terra Mitica which is well worth a visit boasting the largest wooden roller coaster in Europe and numerous themed rides. You also have Aqualandia Water Theme Park and Mundomar Animal and Sea World - all great places to visit for adults and children alike which is just a 40 minute car ride away.

The Javea / Javea Port area

The Port area of Javea, where our apartment is located, is the traditional and still working fishing port where you can watch the boats and yachts coming and going over a chilled beer from one of the many bars . This area also has numerous shops and boutiques. Just a 5 minute car ride or catch the holiday tram along the seafront or a 25 minute walk is the beautiful Arenal sandy beach. This picturesque and palmed bay is a haven for beach lovers. It has many restaurants, bars and shops and is the hub for night life in the area. You then have the Old Town which is located inland above the Port, again just 5 minutes by car or a 25 minute walk. Here you find the historic medieval town and beautiful church in the centre. The town also holds a weekly local market which has numerous traditional stalls and where you can buy wonderful fresh produce.

“Spacious comfortable property in a great location” This is our 3rd time to rent this particular property and our 9th time to holiday in Javea we cant believe our luck to have found this appartment as its so comfortable with a great pool which most of the time we appear to have to our selves. The location could not be better as you are within minutes of the shops bars and a great range of restaurants but at the same time the complex is very quiet and the security is excellent .We will definetly try to rent this property again in the future,
