The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Along the coast of the Costa Blanca you wil find many picturesque Spanish villages with unspoilt resorts popular with the Spaniards (as is Javea) and non Spaniards alike.
The well known resort of Benidorm is only a short drive away (approx. 45 mins) where you will find the popular theme park ' Terra Mittica' well worth a visit, along with a fantastic water park ' Aqualandia' great for all the family young & old.
Valencia city is a great place to visit , great for shopping, along with other attractions like the aquarium ''Oceangraphic' and the new museum with it's very modern architecture.
Javea / Costa Nova area
Javea is situated midway between two airports Alicante & Valencia about 1 hour & 15 mins. drive away.
Javea is very unique as their are three parts to the Town:-
The Arenal has a lovely palm tree lined sandy beach awarded the blue flag for safety & cleanliness, ideal for children because of it's low tides, where sunbeds & parasols can be hired. There are play areas for the children and even volley ball nets for the older children. the beach is lined by numerous Cafe bars & Restaurants great by day or night, If you want a break from the beach there are many kinds of shops to browse.
The Port is a short drive or 40 min. walk along the coast road where you will find a long stretch of pebble beach and a rocky area great for taking the kids crabbing. The Port area again has numerous restaurants and bars situated along the promenade, a little quieter than the Arenal. The Port is the home for the fishing boats that go out daily and bring back their catch, you can watch them unloading and have the chance to buy the fresh fish from the small kiosks on the harbour.
The Old Town sitauted around the church, a typical Spanish Town with narrow streets where you will come across some interesting shops, there is an indoor daily Market selling fresh fish, meat an fruit & veg. On Thursdays the Old Town comes alive as it's Market day where you can buy anything.
Wherever you go in Javea you will not be able to miss the ' Montgo ' the huge mountain that overlooks the town, which at a certain angle looks like the head of an elephant with it's trunk stretching out .
Javea offers everthing for a great holiday ,watersports, golf, tennis and go -karting, and if you are lucky enough you will see one of the many fiestas they have throughout the year which includes colourful processions, bull running and fantastic firework displays.
How to get there
Ryanair , Easy Jet & Monarch fly from Luton, Stanstead or Gatwick servicing both Alicante & Valencia airports.
Pre boooking your hire car is advisable although there are several operating from both airports, Economy Car Hire are very resonable and can be found on the internet .
Taxis can be hired from both airports but can be expensive, it is advisable to agree a price in advance.

Further details outdoors: The villa is set in the quiet residential area of the Costa Nova set amongst pine trees on the hillside of Javea, an 8 min. drive to the beach and amenities.There is a cafe bar & restaurant within a short walk of the villa with tennis courts and crazy golf nearby. A small grocery shop is situated at the end of the road where you can buy fresh bread , milk and newspapers. If you want a change from the Arenal the beaches of Granadella and Barraca can be reached by car in just a few minutes and tend to be quieter.

A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the villa and is non - refundable in the event of cancellation.The remaining balance will be required 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.A security deposit of £200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period.For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for £40.00 pounds per change,advance notice will be required.Linen and towels provided.Beach towels are not provided.The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection,cleaning and linen change to take place.
