Luxury Villa in Adsubia very close to the Arenal beach, totally re-furbished in 2003. On the 1st floor there are 2 Double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped large kitchen with dining area, large lounge with satellite TV and air conditioned throughout plus 2 terraces.
On the ground floor there are a further 3 Double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Patio doors open out onto the pool and terrace area and there is also a summer kitchen with BBQ. The pool is 10m x 5m with water fall, exterior shower and landscaped gardens.
Only 10 minutes walk to the Arenal beach or 2 minutes drive. The nearest supermarket is also only a few minutes walk. The whole area is vibrant with top quality restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The World Health Organisation has designated the northern Costa Blanca as possessing one of the finest climates found anywhere, and the EU has awarded many of the beaches in the area the prestigious "blue flag" for water quality and cleanliness several years running. In addition, modern infrastructure with low crime rates and the ability to easily reach two international airports (Alicante & Valencia), is increasing the attraction of this already popular area for new residents and holiday makers.
The coast is dotted with unspoilt Spanish villages and resorts, popular with holiday makers and residents looking for the more relaxing side of Spain. The busy town of Benidorm is only a short drive away with its many bars, pubs and entertainment. In addition the region boasts many established and new Golf courses, one of the biggest water parks (Aqualandia) and also Theme parks (Terra Mittica) in Europe, as well as unparalleled water sports, For those wishing to "shop until they drop" apart from Benidorm's dozens of boutiques, shopping mall and pedestrian shopping areas.
Alicante, and Valencia Cities both lie within an easy car ride along the coast in either direction. Valencia in particular also offers marvellous Aquarium, Museum and public attractions to the Visitor, as well as historical places of interest.
Javea / Adsubia area
Coast/Beach The sandy beaches of Javea are just 4 km away. A more secluded but stony beach is at Cumbre del Sol just 3km away with other sandy beaches at Moraira and El Portet about 8 km away.
Golf Javea golf course is opposite the villa and has nine holes. There is also a new 18 hole course the other side of Javea built by Nick Faldo and several other courses within easy driving distance.
Travel Alicante airport is 90 km away to the south and Valencia airport is 100 km north. Car rental is highly recommended see our links page for best deals and online booking facility.
Further details Benidorm with its theatres, night clubs and bars is 30 minutes away by motorway. Javea and Moraira have the most wonderful restaurants to choose and a couple of night clubs. The towns are not over commercialized but offer plenty of boutiques, supermarkets and restaurants. The Javea Arenal offers a long promenade and a large sandy beach with activities for children plus Wind Surfing, sub aqua and other water sports. Whilst Moraira is a smaller beach for those sun lovers there are also additional activities available.
How to get there
Nearest airports are Alicante, 1 hour drive away or Valencia, 1 hour 20 minutes drive away. For cheap flights try Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch, Thomson fly, Ryanair.
