This truly spectacular house, which was designed and built by one of Spain's most famous house builders, is the perfect destination for couples seeking privacy, a corporate event or a large group of friends or family.
The Tower House consists of the main villa and a separate annexe.
With six bedrooms, four of which are en-suite, the Tower House offers an electric gated entrance, full air conditioning, large swimming pool and bar and a fabulous kitchen and dining room, with lounge over looking the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is not fenced in and due to the open nature of this area we do ask for families with young children to exercise extreme caution.
The house is serviced by an English speaking couple who live nearby. They are hotel trained and can provide most services you would expect from a 5 star hotel. This includes arranging transport, shopping and restaurant booking.
As this is a self catering accommodation, bedding and towels are changed on a weekly basis. Should you require additional services, they will be charged at cost.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
From the San Antonio cape to Granadella cove, Jávea is a perfect example of the varied coastline along the Costa Blanca. Sailing, diving or simply swimming can be unique experiences here. To the north, the coast offers the chance to delve into the depths of the San Antonio cape marine nature reserve. Boats are available for hire at the port, and the schools it houses provide sailing classes. In summer it's possible to sail a boat down the coast as far as Dénia. The rocky coast with crystal clear waters to the south of the port is perfect for diving whilst the long beach of fine sand further south is ideal for sunbathing and has summer facilities offering windsurfs or paddle boats for rent.
The coast is even more beautiful and unspoilt between San Martín and La Nao capes and between the islands of Portichol and Descubridor where the seabed is ideal for diving. This coastline ends with the golden sands and clear waters of the attractive Granadella cove so popular amongst beach-goers. Two diving clubs, a golf course and plenty of accommodation, bars and restaurants and leisure activities all combine to enhance this highly appreciated tourist resort. Javea area
As a working port and tourist haven Jávea attracts visitors from all over Europe who come to experience its unique atmosphere. The town offers a superb range of clubs and restaurants and the Club Nautico and the annual Tourist Feria are all popular spots. Visitors can also enjoy the shooting range on La Plana, riding stables, tennis courts, cricket pitch, bowling clubs and undersea diving facilities.
At the working Port you can watch the fishermen return from their day's work and sell off their catches each evening. Close to the harbour is the marina, where cruisers and yachts of all sizes are moored. On the pedestrian precinct, the Marina Espanola, numerous bars and restaurants serve tapas and local wines and beers.
The Arenal beach is a sandy beach, which is raked at the end of each day. On the esplanade, a variety of bars and restaurants can be found, and, during the summer evenings, there are numerous stalls selling handicrafts and jewellery.
Jávea is a perfect example of the varied coastline along the Costa Blanca. Sailing, sunbathing, diving or simply swimming can be unique experiences here.
Nearby there are 2 golf courses and an excellent Sevariano Ballesteros designed championship course about 20 minutes away.

Further details indoors: The Tower House main villa consists of 4 large double bedrooms, The two bedrooms on the first floor have private balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The two bouble bedrooms on the ground floor share a large bathroom and there is a further guest bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms are made up as doubles and one as double/twin/singles.
The annexe consists of two further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
There is an enormous hand made kitchen and dining area which is an intregal part of the house and a spacious lounge with satellite television. There is also a separate laundry room.
Further details outdoors: There are extensive and well maintained gardens and a large south facing swimming pool (10m x 5m x maximum depth of 2m). Near the pool is an extensive fully built in kitchen bar and BBQ with ample tables and seating. There is also an outside changing room, shower and bathroom.
