The villa provides 4 spacious double/twin bedrooms (all with ceiling fans, 2 with air-con) 3 luxury bathrooms and a superb fully equipped kitchen. The extremely comfortable living room has an amazing surround sound satellite TV and music system with the full Sky package including Sports. There is also free WiFi INTERNET connection available throughout the villa
The dining hall seats 10 and there are 3 further shaded outside dining areas including the BBQ terrace overlooking the fabulous sparkling private 5x12m swimming pool. Just add the regular cooling afternoon hillside breeze and you are assured that your villa holiday rental will be perfect!

The cost of the villa is for your party's exclusive use and enjoyment.
· Prices are inclusive of all normal usage of utilities (electricity, gas, water) although there will be a metered charge for central heating if used during the winter months.
· The villa will be clean on your arrival - bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. However, you will need to supply your own pool/beach towels.
· If you are staying more than one week there will be a mid-term change of linen.
· The pool is cleaned at least twice a week during the summer and once a week at other times of the year.
· The English local manager will be on call should you have any problems.
· A complimentary Welcome Grocery Pack will be provided for your arrival.
· You are met locally and escorted to the Villa.
· If you wish, we can also help you with flights, car hire, route planning, travel insurance, or any other special requirements (eg. Cots, highchairs, pushchairs etc.)

Conditions
A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.
Strictly no smoking inside the Villa. Please be extra careful when smoking on the terraces. Fire is a serious hazard.

The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of £500 required, to be promptly refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

The villa is situated about half way between Valencia and Alicante on Spain’s beautiful ‘white coast’ or Costa Blanca. The Javea Denia area which flanks the majestic Montgo mountain is a jewel on the Costa Blanca, combining great natural beauty and cosmopolitan facilities with the charm of ancient Spain.
An area with historic old towns, working fishing ports, traditional Spanish villages, rugged mountain areas, blue-flag sandy beaches, and 20km of unspoilt coastal regions.
Those interested in Formula 1 Motor Racing at the Valencia European Grand Prix or the Americas Cup Sailing can even take advantage of these events held just an hour away in the magnificent city of Valencia. Aqualandia water park and Terra Mitica theme parks are within 30 minutes to the south towards Alicante, as are 3 championship golf courses.
The Javea area
This area near Javea and Denia has been officially classified by the World Health Organisation as “environmentally near perfect” with an ideal climate.
The sandy beaches at Javea Arenal are 20 minutes away and only a little further on are the rugged and more tranquil coves and beaches which adorn the spectacular coastline between Cap de Sant Marti and Cap de la Nao and beyond to the beach and cove of Granadella. Wonderful sailing and diving area!
Some 10 minutes away and all tthe way up the coast for the whole 20 miles from Denia to Gandia there are long wild sweeping natural sandy beaches - often deserted other than for a few locals who try to keep them secret! With, of course, the occasional perfectly positioned beach bar to cater for your needs.
Denia is a fishing port with the cosmopolitan town standing proudly beside it. In the day, Denia has a variety of shops ranging from clothes, perfume, wooden carvings, tobacco and nick nacks to the stalls that sit along side the sandy beach. Denia has its own Market and this is on Mondays and Fridays where souvenirs can be found. In the evenings, Denia comes alive when nationalities from around the world mingle into one, distant laughter is heard and children can play safely until the early hours. If you still have the energy, the nightlife starts around 1am to 2am and goes on till way past dawn!
In 3 minutes drive of the villa your local village of Pedreguer provides for all your needs and within a further 5 minutes you have an infinite choice of restaurants and bars. Our very Spanish pueblo of Pedreguer is one of the ‘gateway towns’ into the Jalon Valley. A beautiful, fertile area of land where olives, almonds, oranges and lemons grow in abundance. You can be deep into this stunning mountain scenery within five minutes drive from the villa - or simply walk out of the villa and on up over the hill! In 3 minutes drive of the villa your local village of Pedreguer provides for all your needs and within a further 5 minutes you have an infinite choice of restaurants and bars.
The area is ideal for golfers, walkers and naturalists in winter and the cooler months. There are 3 fine golf courses, tennis, horse riding, water sports, a few discos, and fine restaurants in the vicinity.
In July don't miss the famous Moors & Christians festivals held in all the major towns and the local bull running fiestas - an experience you'll never forget!

Thank you Michelle & John, fabulous holiday had by all, beautiful villa furnished to a high standard with everything we could possibly want, well stocked kitchen and fantastic collection of music and dvd's. Great tranquil location with stunning views yet only a short drive to Javea. Being met by John on arrival and shown around the villa was a lovely personal touch and the option of giving a grocery list to have ready for our arrival was another first class touch. From initial booking through to departure the owners of this villa could not have been more helpful. All our queries were dealt with quickly and the information provided was clear and helpful. The villa is immaculate and exceptionally well equipped. If you like cooking on holiday then you will find the kitchen a joy and there are plenty of cook books for you to experiment with new dishes using the local produce. There are a number of outside areas to enjoy the sunshine and plenty of shaded spots when the heat of the day proves too intense. You also have a choice of areas to eat outside although we favoured the sheltered upper terrace. The pool is spectacular and we spent hours in it each day. It is especially wonderful at night when you can swim in the moonlight whilst bats dart around in the sky. There are loads of dvds, cds, board games and books to keep everyone occupied. In short, a brilliant villa for a family or families with older children (the stairs may be problematic for young ones). |

This was our second stay at Las Terrazas, we had enjoyed ourselves so much last year that we immediately booked again. Michelle and John organize all aspects of your stay exceedingly well, starting with the initial contact through to the upkeep and maintenance of the pool and gardens, during your stay. Our favourite spot in the villa has to be the beautiful large pool of which we made ample use. The villa itself is also extremely well equipped. I am pleased to recommend the villa. |
