Originally designed to be a 3 bedroom residence, the villa has been built as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence to give you as much space as possible. Well laid out and open, the Villa is modern but still very user friendly. It has also been furnished to the very highest standard with the very best of furniture and fixings.
There is a lot of room in the villa with a Large lounge and a large enclosed Naya. The Naya its-self boasts a dining table for 6 and a Chase Sofa for relaxing. Off the Naya there is an open terrace that has a barbeque area and evening sunshine.
The Villa its-self is south facing, so it gets the sun all day long.
From the Naya you walk down a few steps to a Larger than average 12 x 6 meter pool. Adjacent to pool there is a Cabana with all weather Sofa and Arm Chairs for relaxing, as well as a further dining area.
A number of Sun Loungers are on the lawn area for the sun worshipers and there are a number of Shaded Seating Areas for the Quiet Times

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Unwind away from the crowds. If you are seeking a wild time with lots of nightlife; then look elsewhere. Javea is a highly popular resort amongst the Madrid elite and other Spanish who live in the big towns inland. It is also favoured by a mixture of Scandinavian, French, British and German visitors who are looking to avoid the noise and behaviour of masses of foreigners partying to the limit.

That is not to say that Javea has no entertainment for families or Friends. Javea's festivals, open air concerts provide excellent entertainment and free music for you to enjoy. There is also a few discos scattered around Javea if you do want to dance till the late hours. However, the atmosphere across the majority of Javea is more chilled and the emphasis is on fine dining and late chats on the restaurant terraces. Lower key than the big resorts and it is easy to escape the festivities if that is your preference.

Javea / Costa Nova area

A Relaxing Place to Live Javea is a small market town and fishing port, which offers a mix of holiday and living choices to suit those seeking a relaxed and peaceful environment. Javea's planning restrictions have also preserved the traditional town atmosphere by not allowing massive buildings that distort Javea's landscape, as in other resorts.

Javea's climate also provides for a much more temperate average temperature, gentle breezes and a short winter. Javea's air quality is also fantastic. A Delightful Staging Post Javea is also marvellously positioned to allow you to explore the local region. Be it the Jalon Valley, quaint beaches, ferries to Ibiza, the blue lagoons of Guard al Este, the port of Moraira, or even the larger towns of Alicante and Valencia, they are all within easy reach from Javea, either by car, or bus.

Loved the layout, everything was there that we needed. This Villa is also in a great spot. No sound of cars at all. Only the sound of Birds to keep you company. We loved all the little coves and Granadella Beach was is lovely and only minutes away. Saying that, so is the Arenal. Great location.
