A brand new luxury first floor apartment at Jardines del Pla. Located between Golden Beach and Golden Beach 2 with all their convenience but finished to a much higher standard. With marble floors, air conditioning and underfloor heating for the colder weeks, the two bedrooms and large lounge/dining area all have patio doors leading to the large South West facing balcony which is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. The sunny balcony overlooks the garden, swimming pool, children's pool and jacuzzi. Just behind the property, but not part of it, is a small children's playground.
The spacious entrance hall with two large storage cupboards and marble floor leads to the brand new fitted kitchen with granite worktops, the kitchen is well stocked so staying in for meals is an easy option and not a chore. The main bathroom with large shower cubilce also leads off the hall. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage for your holiday, the en suite bathroom has a full size bath with shower over.
The spacious lounge/dining area is equipped with 32" LCD TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, extensive number of English TV channels, Playstation 2 plus games, dining table and six chairs.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca and Javea in particular is regarded as having one of Europe's finest climates, not too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter it averages around 325 days of sunshine per year.
Both Alicante and Valencia are around an hours drive and are great places to explore for a day out. There are attractions such as water parks (Aqualandia), theme parks (Terra Mitica) and animal parks (Mundomar) within forty minutes drive.
The Javea / Arenal area
A leisurely five minute stroll brings you to the wonderful Arenal beach and the retaurants and bars which surround it, between the restaurants terraces and the beach is a promenade (no traffic) which is a great place for a walk and has a variety of stalls in the summer months. Whereas some of the smaller beach side bars close for winter the majority of restaurants remain open making this a great year round destination.
Javea can be divided into three areas El Arenal, Port and Old Town.
The Port has lots of character and is built around the old fishing port and marina. The promenade bordering the beach and sea is lined with a variety of restaurants and bars, a great place to sit outside and watch the world go by. Immediately behind the promenade lie pretty streets and plazas with a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
The old town is set in the hillside with lots of narrow streets, plazas, shops, restaurants and a wonderful 16th century church. There is an outdoor market every Thursday with a huge variety of things on offer.
El Arenal is where you will find the sandy blue flag beach with children's playgrounds, volley ball nets, sun loungers and water sports. A lovely sheltered bay with a long shallow entrance to the sea making it great for children.

The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia, both around an hours drive, with cheap flights from Monarch, Jet 2, BMI Baby, EasyJet, Ryan Air and Thomson Fly.
Argus Car Hire or Car Jet are usually the cheapest broker to use, I have never had any problems and have used them many times.

A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking with the balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within eight weeks of arrival date will require payment in full at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.
A refundable breakages/damage deposit of £150 is required with the final payment, this will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property at the end of the rental.
