Situated in the prestigious urbanisation of Tosalet with only a 5-minute drive from Javea’s Arenal Beach. Set in 1000m2 of private landscaped gardens this luxurious 4 bed, 3-bath villa is full of charm & character. Renovated to an outstanding quality this ‘touch of class’ accommodation has a fantastic sized naya for al fresco dining and relaxation. The accommodation has a large master bedroom with en suite shower, large double guest bed with and en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms sharing guest bathroom, fantastic lounge/dining room with access to the pool and naya, american kitchen, large car port, BBQ and fabulous 10x5 private pool. Furnished to an outstanding quality with full Air conditioning, the owners have paid meticulous attention to detail to ensure you enjoy a comfortable & relaxing holiday. The villa has a truly equisite interior and lovely rustic luxurious feel. It has been constucted on one level and is furnished with top quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. There is a very spacious lounge with french windows which open onto the naya & pool. A modern, fully equipped, fitted american kitchen sits off the lounge. There is a very spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room with french windows opening onto the gardens. There is a further very spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Both bathrooms have overhead showers. Air conditioning is fitted throughout the villa and there are fans in 3 out of 4 of the bedrooms.

The villa is set in 1000 m2 of beautifully landscaped gardens and there is a sunken garden with a nice grassy where children can play. There is a very large covered naya which overlooks the pool and gardens which has a lovely dining and seating area. During the season you will spend most of your time in this area as it offers peace, tranquility, shade, and comfort. Definitely the hot spot of the villa. The 10 x 5 pool has roman steps and is very private. There are 8 sun loungers and chairs around the pool with small tables and parasols. There is a beautiful glass table under the naya which seats 8 and luxury cane sofas and chairs overlooking the pool. There is a double car port which offers secure parking.

Further details

A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 300 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 10 pounds per week and a high chair for 5 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.
Although changeover dates are flexible most of the year, from mid July through to early September we can only offer Saturday changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca area is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars which is full of fun and entertainment, catering for all tastes. If you are an intrepid tourist you will enjoy many days exploring the countryside as Denia, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley & Guadalest are all close by with Ibiza only a ferry trip away from Denia. This is only a small short list of some wonderful villages and towns which are within easy access. Both Alicante and Valencia are great cities to explore and are both just over an hours drive away. If you don't fancy driving there are many tours which can be booked direct from Javea including days sailing.

The Javea / Tossalet area

Javea is the perfect holiday location for every type of tourist and is situated on the Costa Blanca Coast. Ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and plenty of bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants & bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. The pebbly beach offers a number of traditional beach bars where you can laze away the day and evening. The Arenal and old town of Javea are around a 7 min drive. Generally you will find Javea has a strong reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing, exclusive family holiday resort with no over development or unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status. Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Skillful bartering recommended!

The villa is situated in the prestigous area of Tosalet, Javea which is approximately 1.5 hour drive North from Murcia Airport, 1 hour drive North from Alicante Airport and 1 1/4 hour drive South from Valencia Airport, all of which receive economy airline companies from the majority of UK airports. Car Hire can be arranged for collection from all of the airports and an Airport Transfer Collection Service can be arranged from both Alicante and Valenica, prices available upon request. This villa is extremely popular with repeat clients so please book early to avoid disappointment
