This lovely modern spacious apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge/diner, american kitchen, W/C, separate utility & private terrace with direct access & views to the communal pool & gardens. On the first floor is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom & balcony, double bedroom with two twin beds, en-suite shower room, & small balcony. There is air conditioning in both of the bedrooms, UKTV & central heating is fitted throughout the apartment. In the twin bedroom is a fold down single bed which can accommodate a 5th person if required. The complex has a large swimming pool with a splash pool for children set in exotic tropical gardens.
The apartment is excellently located, exquisitely furnished and very popular with our clients. A fantastic opportunity to relax in a top quality apartment near the sea! The apartment is non smoking.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca area is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars which is full of fun and entertainment, catering for all tastes.
If you are an intrepid tourist you will enjoy many days exploring the countryside as Denia, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley & Guadalest are all close by with Ibiza only a ferry trip away from Denia. This is only a small short list of some wonderful villages and towns which are within easy access. Both Alicante and Valencia are great cities to explore and are both just over an hours drive away. If you don't fancy driving there are many tours which can be booked direct from Javea including days sailing.
Javea / Javea Port area
Javea is the perfect holiday location for every type of tourist and is situated on the Costa Blanca Coast. Ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and plenty of bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants & bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. You can walk comfortably to this area within 7 minutes.
The pebbly beach offers a number of traditional beach bars where you can laze away the day and evening and is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The Arenal and old town of Javea are around a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Generally you will find Javea has a strong reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing, exclusive family holiday resort with no over development or unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status.
Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Skillful bartering is recommended!
How to get there
The apartment is situated in the up market complex of La Senia, Javea which is approximately 1.5 hour drive North from Murcia Airport, 1 hour drive North from Alicante Airport and 1 1/4 hour drive South from Valencia Airport, all of which receive economy airline companies from the majority of UK airports.

Further details indoors: The apartment is only 4 years old and has a modern interior fitted with high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The kitchen is fully equipped with the utility located on the private terrace. Both the bedrooms are spacious and fitted with air conditioning. The en-suite bathrooms are both very modern and nicely presented.
The lounge area is very spacious and leads directly onto the private terrace . The communal pool is in front of the apartment and can be accessed directly from the garden via the private gate. A full UKTV package is available in the apartment which offers 24 channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4 & 5. There is also sky sports, sky movies, sky one and two cartoon channels to name a few.
Further details outdoors: The apartment has a private terrace and garden which receives the sun from sunrise until mid afternoon. The terrace leads directly to the communal pool and garden areas via a private gate which can be locked making he it safe for small children. On the terrace is a parasol, dining table with 6 chairs and two sun loungers. The communal gardens are spacious with grassy areas where you can take the sun loungers and reside by the pool area with your family if you prefer.
The communal pool is large with a lovely shallow splash pool for children. The pool faces South and is basked in sunshine from sunrise until sunset. There are seating areas around the fountain areas of the gardens.
Further details
A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
A security deposit of 200 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period.
A Travel Cot can be hired for 20 pounds per week and a high chair for 15 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves.
For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels are provided for inside the apartment, beach towels to be provided by yourself.
Conditions
We are flexible with changes however from June through to September we tend to prefer Saturday changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place

The 200 pound security deposit will be returned within a week of departure after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. A transfer into a UK bank account is the preferred method of payment.

Lovely apartment, fabulous complex for the family, our kids just loved the pool and it was a huge bonus being able to watch them from the terrace. I would highly recommend this apartment - Jane Chesterton.
We had a great relaxing holiday here, the pool & gardens were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the location as we could walk to all the major restaurants and bars from the apartment - Lindsay Jessop.
