On entry to this spacious apartment there is a modern kitchen with all n appliences inc dishwasher and washing machine etc. A bright lounge with uk channels,board games etc.The Dining seats 6 people.From the lounge Patio doors lead onto a large balcony with new table and chairs that overlooks the communal pool and gardens. A cloak room. 2nd level are a further 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms (1 en suite)both bedrooms have ample of wardrobe space. 3rd level a bedroom that leads onto a roof terrace with sunlounges. All furnishings and appliences are to a high standard. Re decorated October 2006.Aircon in bedrooms and lounge. A great location for those who want to walk to the beach and bars of the Arenal and Javea port. Allocated car parking space although this apartment is so central a car is not necessary.this apartment has electric gate entrance,lift and stairs.

All the 3 areas have shops, bars,restaurants and Tapas bars. There are also many cove beaches along the coast line. Different Festivals are all year round. Javea has various sport activities.

A great apartment very spacious plenty of room with the children! great to have all toys,beach toys and videos to keep the children entertained.It's not even a 2 minute walk to the beach and bars.
2nd year in we have visited the Las Dunas apartment and really enjoyed it.The sun terrace is a very good bonus. July 2006
Another good holiday,great apartment and location!! See you in 2007.
