The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and very large en-suite dreassing room and private balcony with lovely sea views. The property is a forty minutes drive to Benidorm and the Terra Mitica Theme park. Javea Golf Course is a ten minutes drive.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is approximately one hour from Alicante or Valencia airport. There are approximately 300 hundred restaurants in Javea along with various coves and beaches. The Villa is located behind the Arenal Beach but within a short drive you can visit the old town of Javea with qaint shops and bars. Many of the town's festivals are held in the old town. You can also visit the port which is just a few minutes drive or catch the train which runs through the summer months.
Javea / Cap Marti area
Near to the Terra Mitica Theme Park and Waterpark in Benidorm. Javea hosts many festivals including the Fallas Fiesta. There are several restaurants and supermarkets in the local area within walking distance. The beach at Javea is very safe for children and has play areas and volley ball nets. Watersports are also available at the beach. The Villa is suitable for families as the Villa is situated on a flat plot and fully enclosed. Teenagers will be able to make their own way to the beach and the bars and restaurants surrounding the Arenal.
