Home description

Casa loco is situated in an enviable postion . A two minute walk brings you to some of the most breathtaking vistas in Javea. It is ideal for groups or a large family. The grounds of the villa are abundant with plenty of secluded sunbathing areas perfect for lying on the sunloungers which are provided for your relaxation, or relax at the pool side bar under the shade, or volunteer to start the BBQ ! next to the BAR ! which has a handy fridge .

WE HAVE ALSO PROVIDED AFULLY ENCLOSED TRAMPOLINE ,TABLE TENNIS TABLE AND PLAY STATION FOR THE CHILDREN'S ENJOYMENT!

There are also several scenic coves near by the magnificent Grandella with its crystal clear waters, it is a favourite with scuba divers. There is also a superb bakery and supermarket which are on your door step. There is also within walking distance the famous Club de Tennis and restaurant., several bars and restaurants within a short walking distance too . Or why not take a short walk watch the sunrise or the sunset from the nearby lighthouse, with breathtaking views accross the sea.

Javea / Cap de la Nao area

People have been returning to Javea year after because of the pretty coves dotted all around ,and the area and has been named as one of the healthiest places in the world to live! Wehave the lovely quaint old town then there is the port with sophisticated coffee bars and restaurants then 5 minutes down the road you will find the Arenal sandy beach with numerous trendy bars restaurants and designer shops . There are plenty of play areas here for the children as well.
Cap de Nao is the southern most tip of javea and is an upmarket residential area.

Fly into alicante or valencia both approx 90 km
Jet 2, BMI Baby, Ryanair or Monarch, are very popular Air Lines, with past guests.

There is enough room at this property for every one to have their own space The master bedroom is on the1st floor with french windows leading to a very large terrace you can watch the sun rise over the sea with an early morning coffee! All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are very bright and airy there is an en suite bathroom to the master bedroom and 2 further shower rooms,
all rooms have the added benefit of ceiling fans aswell as air con units
The villa will actually sleep 12, another set of bunk beds are available to put up in the bedroom of your choice, ideal for the kids wanting to sleep in the same room.

Set in lovely gardens with lots of shaded areas for alfresco dining. Casa Loco is situated in a wonderful position and from the top of the garden you can see Ibiza on a clear day. A two minute walk brings you to the Cabo de Nao light house and cliff top viewS.The sun stays on the pool all day until dusk . Then you can enjoy an appertif at the well lit pool and bar area ,or dine under the gazebo with 12 place settings,and if you want to separate the children,from the adults there is the naya, with seating for 6, so lots of space for everyone!
the sun bathing area around the pool has 10 sunloungers ! and a shower area.


Further details

We provide you with a complementary welcome pack which comprises of bread milk tea etc. We also meet and greet you at the villa. The bedrooms are very large so we can change and re-configure beds to suit your needs, just ask at time of booking. Linen and towels are changed weekly.

Wecan also arrange car Hire.
Also tennis lessons can be arranged for both children an adults, for winter guests theclub has flood lit courts all year round.


Conditions

The change over day is flexible for most of the year,except during high season, which is 12th July to the 30th August, which is Saturday only.
