Casa de Colina is set at the bottom of Monte Pedreguer and benefits from its own 10m x 5m private 'all day sun' pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the upper terrace or master bedroom is a spacious poolside terrace with stunning mountain views, furnished with 4 sun loungers and a table with 6 chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. There is also table wth 4 chairs on the upper deck. With two double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Air conditioned (in two double bedrooms & living area), Central heating, fireplace, dining area with seating for 10, cots and highchairs can be hired for your stay. 4 bedrooms one with en suite, two further bathrooms with showers. Can accommodate 12 people as the chaise lounge can be pulled down to make a double bed and the side a single.
Further details outdoors:
Smoking permitted outside only. Renters to provide their own beach and pool towels, two upper deck terraces, 10m x 5m pool with BBQ with fridge, sink & outside shower. 4 sunloungers and large table with 6 chairs. Washing machine is located on the upper terrace. The swimming pool is un-gated and so are the steps leading down and around the villa, therefore, is not suitable for unaccompanied children who are non-swimmers or unattended to.

We can provide beach towels, cots/highchairs at a reasonable charge per week.
Welcome packs are also available.
Conditions
Smoking permitted outside only.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the rental balance and a refundable security deposit of £200 payable 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned after the property has been inspected and usually within 7-10 days of vacating the villa.
There is also a final easy clean charge of £80. If the property is left in a very dirty state we will deduct the extra cleaning cost from the security deposit.
From November to April the heating is a chargeable extra.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca climate in the winter is sunny and mild and hot in the summer month. From the soft sandy beaches to the rugged beautiful mountains, there is a wealth of culture, sights and plenty to do. Visit Vergel Safari Park, The Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Exotic Sealife Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm is 30 minutes drive.
The Javea area
The town of Pedreguer is a short drive where you can find traditional Spanish restaurants, tapas bars, shops, supermarkets, banks and much more. There is a weekly market on a Saturday morning packed with crafts and fresh local produce.
At Junction 62 of the Motorway is a brand new shopping centre with shops, McDonalds, bowling, cinemas, etc.
A world class golf & spa resort just minutes away at La Sella where non members are welcome.
Activities include: diving, surfing, swimming, go-carting, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking
