About the home

A lovely apartment near to the Arenal and Javea port.This modern comfy apartment is on the ground floor and benefits from aircon/heating in all rooms.

On entry to the apartment there is a hallway with kitchen and laundry area, all appliances are modern and include dishwasher and microwave. The 3 bedrooms have twin beds and ample of wardrobe space. The lounge area has comfy seating, UK channels, video, Hifi system. Some children's toys and videos. The dining area seats 6 persons with ease.

From the living room area there is a private patio (gated) that has table and chairs for 6 people overlook the pool and gardens. Walk straight out to the pool.

The patio area is a great bonus to this apartment as it overlooks the lovely communal gardens and swimming pools including the children's pool so you can watch the children play and swim with ease. For the younger children there is a lock on patio gate, so they cannot go to pool without your knowledge.

The delightful town of Javea lies near a sheltered bay with lovely beaches and palm trees. The magnificent Mount Montgo provides shelter from the northern winds. Javea has stunning but vastly contrasting landscapes from the rugged mountains to the orange and almond groves leading to the Mediterranean sea with its sandy beaches.

The Javea / Javea Port area

The apartment is conveniently situated to Javea port where there are ample of Tapas restaurants & bars. The La Grava pebbled beach at the port is within a 2 minute walk . The sandy beach of the Arenal, restaurants, night life & a small fun fair are within a short walk of 10 minutes or a 2 minute car journey.

The quaint old town of Javea where there are small art galleries, museums and the church is within a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes in a car.

All 3 areas have shops, supermarkets and chemist's etc.

Best thing about accommodation, terrace over looked the pool and there was a child proof gate. With rock pools, quirky beach bars at the end of our road. A little train shuttles you from one side of beach to other allowing you to enjoy the port, rock pools and sandy more commercialised part. Definitely suitable for travelling with little ones (apartment has cot) or holiday with another family (3 bedroom 6beds). 40 min main line Train to Valencia (best Dolphin show I’d ever seen and return train ticket cost 5 euro!!! )
