About the home

This luxury top floor apartment is located right in the middle of Javea. You can easily walk to the beach or stroll down to the old town with it's historical centre and restaurants. The 2 floor apartment (120 m2) is fully airconditioned and has a wide terrace of 30m2 overlooking the pool and towards the Montgo mountain.

The property comprises of upstairs a comfortable living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, separate toilet and large terrace. Downstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 full bathrooms.

There is a large pool with only a few apartments sharing it. It is on a quiet location but only a minute walk from the supermarket. Parking is not a problem. It's a perfect location to enjoy the sunny Spanish days.

For making the reservation we will setup a rental contract on which a 30% deposit is required. No need to go looking for the apartment, when you arrive in Javea we will take you to the apartment ourself for a tour and the keys.

The Javea area

Placed among the ends of San Antonio and of La Nao, Jávea is one of the most important tourist destinations from Alicante Costa Blanca. The historical hull is placed to two kilometres of the line of coast, hides beautiful samples of local architecture, besides celebrated monuments as San Bartolomé's church, neuralgic centre of the villa.

One of the principal attractions of this from Alicante locality is the one that offers his extensive littoral. Nothing less than twenty kilometres of sandbanks and peaceful sink in where it is possible to enjoy the bath and practise a great variety of nautical sports.

From the End of Cabo la Nao up to the Cove Granadella, Jávea offers to the visitor twenty kilometres of beaches and ideal coves to enjoy the Sun, the sea and the aquatic sports.
This locality of them from Alicante Costa Blanca shows his more tourist side in the port zone. Besides a wide offer of housings, restoration and leisure, the port allows from practising all kinds of nautical sports, as the sail or the windsurfing, up to doing an excursion by ship up to Denia.

The beach of The Sandbank is one of the most emblematic of Jávea's littoral. In this place, close to the Channel of the Fountain there raises the Inn of Tourism "Costa Blanca", in an enclave favoured to scanty meters of the beach.

Between the islands of Portixol and the Discoverer one finds one of the most beautiful sections of the coastal band. His transparent waters and his excellent sea beds turn into ideal scene for the practice of the skin-diving.

This sub aquatic modality is also popular in Cove Granadella that, with his thin and golden sand, is different of the most popular places of Jávea's coast.
