The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Approximately 1hour in either direction from Valencia in the North & Alicante in the South. Javea is a jewel on the Costa Blanca combining great natural beauty & modern facilities with the charm of an ancient fishing village. An area with historic old towns, working fishing ports, traditional Spanish villages, rugged mountain areas, sandy beaches, unspoilt coastal regions, mild year-round climate, delicious food and extensive tourist facilities, it has something for everybody.
Within only 40mins drive there are 3 theme parks in Benidorm: Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park with super slides and Mundomar (dolphins, seals etc.). The new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia is worth a trip. The terrain of the Montgo & Jallon Valleys provide the perfect environment for walking. The Fonts d'Agar waterfalls are a 30 min drive away. The hilltop town of Guadalest a scenic hour away. Ibiza & Majorca are both a short ferry ride from Denia.
Javea / Tossalet area
Javea has something to offer everyone, beaches and coves, cultural and historical sites to visit and wonderful walks. The town is divided into three distinct sections: there is the old town, with its narrow cobbled streets and its monuments of Spanish history and culture. The town has a rich culinary tradition which has been entirely preserved and can be sampled in the form of 'Tapas' in most bars in town. Paella originated from this region, Valencia. The Port area is still a working fishing port and is a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fish markets and, seafront bars and cafes. Every year, Javea's beaches are awarded the blue flag of the European Union. The bustling 'Arenal' beach offers fine sand and shallow waters nice play areas for children, restaurants, cafes, shops and ample parking facilities.
The La Sella Resort course is a 10 minute drive away. This 18 hole championship golf course offers a well balanced course for all levels of players. Set in the scenic environment of Montgo Valley, this 18 hole course is lined with almond, orange and lemon trees. Booking in advance is required. The resort also has a lovely club house and good restaurant. Other courses in the area include the 9 hole course at Javea Golf Club, which is a 15 minute drive and the 18 hole course at the Club de Golf Oliva Nova 30 minutes drive away.

Further details indoors: A wonderful home from home to enjoy with family and friends. The villa is built to the classic Spanish style around a small internal courtyard which is overlooked from the kitchen, dining room, balcony and stairs. Patio doors from the dining room lead on to the courtyard, which can also be entered from the rear bedroom hallway.
All bedrooms have high ceilings with ceiling fans to keep the bedrooms cool in the summer. Built in wardrobes with shelving, beside table & lamps. The spacious master bedroom has beamed ceilings and is equipped with writing table & chairs, easy chairs and rugs. Grandparents or friends enjoy the privacy of double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, this area also has a door leading to the internal courtyard.
The villa has satellite TV (Sky, BBC, ITV etc.) a DVD/video library and collection of paperback books. And an information folder of activites on the area.
Further details outdoors: At the end of a cul de sac the villa is quiet and peaceful, on a flat plot surrounded by hedges and trees. There is a large grassed area for children to play. The pool has Roman steps in the shallow end for easy access. Around the villa there are areas to sit or lay in the sun and shade to meet everybody's need. The large brick BBQ, worktop with sink and flood lighting makes dining under the stars easy. You will really enjoy having lunch under the shade of the Algorrobo tree or relaxing with a glass of wine on the comfortable Naya.
A supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance.

Property Management: Our excellent Property Manager visits all clients at the villa and answers any questions on how things work in the villa, her number is available for emergencies. The Property Manager is responsible for all maintenance, cleaning and linen services in the villa. She monitors the garden & pool maintenance and liaises with the gardeners, who visit weekly, and the pool man, who cleans the pool twice a week during the summer months.
Conditions
Holiday lets: A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable surety deposit of £300 held against damage, loss of keys and excessive cleaning is payable in advance and refunded on return of the keys. If central heating is required in the winter months a small charge is made.
Ideal location for Winter lets: Available for a minimum of 2 months between November and March. £800 per month excluding gas, electricity, water and oil for water & central heating. A deposit for the services bills is required as well as the surety deposit of £300 held against damage, loss of keys and excessive cleaning. Villa is clean on arrival and a charge is made for cleaning on departure.
