Lastly, the stunning lounge has a dining area and patio doors opening onto a large private balcony with sunloungers & patio furniture for Al Fresco dining. There are fantastic views of Montgo, the surrounding Orange Groves and spectacular evening sunsets.
The apartment has hot & cold air-conditioning throughout and radiator heating if required in the winter months. The lounge has a wall mounted LCD TV, DVD, and a variety of films and books.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is on the warm eastern shore of the Mediterranean facing towards Ibiza & Mallorca, it enjoys a world class climate. The stunning mountain of Montgo, shaped like a resting elephant watches over the town and locals, and they say if you look into its eye you will always return. It is one of the most attractive places in Spain, where high-rise buildings have been prevented to ensure that the character and charm remain dominant. There are beautiful beaches in the region, Javea’s being one of the most stunning, Granadella has hidden coves which provide peace and tranquillity. Interesting places to see include the neighbouring towns of Denia with it’s large marina, Altea with the picturesque church and traditional cobbled streets, and Calpe with it’s legendary rock jutting out of the sea. Or if you fancy some serious retail therapy you may wish to head to either Alicante or Valencia. However, there are some beautiful shops locally in Javea. The spectacular fiestas begin in June and continue throughout the summer months. For great days out there are the theme parks Terra Mitica, and if you enjoy getting wet there is the large water park, Aqualandia, both of which are around a 30min drive/taxi ride away.
Javea / Arenal area
The lovely sandy beach of the Arenal is breathtaking, a wide golden beach with shallow waters ideal for everyone. You can enjoy the sun on the beach or sit in one of the many restaurants and bars along the promenade. The wide choice of restaurants is guaranteed to suit all tastes. If you fancy a change from the Arenal Promenade, a 20 minute stroll will lead you to the sophisticated port and bustling Old Town where there lies a further selection of restaurants, bars & cafes, plus shops and tapas bars. Javea is full of everything you need. In Javea there is a wide range of water sports available, such as scuba diving, sailing and fishing. If you prefer Javea also has Golf, Tennis, Walking, Horse riding and Go Karting. There is an outdoor market, which takes place on a Thursday morning, this you must visit, well worth it to grab a few gifts to take home.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Valencia - Javea is approximately one hour’s drive from either airport. Cheap flights available from Easyjet, RyanAir, Monarch and BA Car hire is available at the airports & locally, giving the option to explore the lovely surrounding areas of Javea. Airport taxis are also available.

Booking conditions are: 30% payable on booking request then the outstanding amount payable 12 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 12 weeks then the total payable on booking. A breakage deposit of £250.00 is requested. This deposit will be refunded after apartment is cleaned, checked and the key has been returned. In the unlikely event of any damages, a deduction may be made from the deposit for these expenses. Change over days are normally from Saturday to Saturday but can be flexible on request.
