Fans are provided in all the bedrooms. Further details outdoors: As most of your time will be spent outdoors, we have a large Barbeque, sink and fridge/freezer for the many outdoor dining evenings.
The 8m X 4m swimming pool is surrounded by spacious sun terraces and the beautiful gardens are planted with the typical mediterranean and tropical plants. Loungers are provided and shade is available on the terrace area.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Much has been written about Javea, itīs charming historic town, more hours of sunshine recorded here than anywhere else in Spain, ideal climate according to World Health Organisation, and then not least the imposing El Montgo mountain which from certain angles looks like a sleeping elephant. But in the end we can only suggest you visit Javea yourself to find out first hand about this jewel of the Costa Blanca.
Javea is tucked in a beautiful bay between Cap de la Nao and Cap de San Antonio situated on the Mediterranean Costa Blanca some 100 km south of Valencia and north of Alicante.
Javea / Montgo Valls area
There are numerous fiestas in the local town and port throughout the year.
Javea's historic old town and attractive fishing port are just a short drive away from the villa. A little further on you will reach the beautiful sandy Arenal beach. Also here you will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and night entertainment. There is a wide variety of sporting facilities available locally including golf, tennis, water sports, diving, sailing, horse-riding, etc. Excellent hiking trails of varying length and difficulty for the keen hill walkers.
Attractions locally in the Costa Blanca The Safari Animal Park, Benidoleig Caves, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar are all within 40 minutes drive. Valencia's impressive City of Arts and Sciences has the Europe's largest Marine Park housing over 45,000 animals of 500 different species in the numerous underground aquariums. Take time for a day trip inland to visit mountain villages and to enjoy the fantastic countryside and beautiful views of Northern Costa Blanca.
