This beautiful modern well equipped 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is situated in a quiet cul de sac and has outstanding views of surrounding countryside. There are bars and restaurants and a park with climbing frames and picnic tables with in walking distance from the villa. This villa enjoys peacefulness but only 5 mins in a car to the towns and beaches of Javea and Moraira you can find bars restaurants, and nightclubs, and enjoy the fantastic spanish food surrounded by the spanish history and architecture. The Arenal beach and Javea town has something for the whole family young and old to enjoy.
The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, master has ensuite and patio doors to a balcony with views of the garden and countryside a further family bathroom, large fully fitted kitchen, sitting room with TV, SKY, DVD, dining room, naya, large garden, private pool with terrace. Why not enjoy a glass of wine on the roof terrace watching the sun set over the mountains in the evening. Javea not only has beautiful beaches and interesting towns to explore but it is situated at the foot of outstanding mountain ranges that are easily explored. For the more active in the party there is sailing, horseriding, windsurfing, jet-ski and, diving at Javea beach and tennis in the town. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea lies at the foot of a mountain named "Montgo" you see his trunk reaching out to the sea through the port.
We have mountains and valleys where olives, oranges, grapes and almond trees grow and their produce is sold in many of the local markets. There are 3 parts to Javea ,The Old town with narrow cobbled streets and "al fresco" dining, it has many art galleries, museum and a beautiful church square. The Port with its fleet of fishing boats and long promenade with many cafes, bars and exquisite fish restaurants for you to enjoy. While in the port why not take a glass bottom boat trip to Denia.The Arenal with its sandy beaches, shops, cafes, nightclubs and artisan fairs, is a great family location, and for the more adventurous there is sailing, jet-ski
hire , windsurfing, diving. Throughout the summer there are the "Artisan" markets full of great characters and local produce. To hire a car is the most economical journey to the villa these can be arranged before hand or at the airport we can advise the best option, you can get a taxi from the airport as well. Instructions and details of the roads etc to the villa will be sent on receipt of the booking.

The villa being on one level is easy for access, there is a large well eqiupped kitchen, and sitting room with local Tosca stone and fireplace, a dining area with views of the pool and rear garden, the entrance hall leads onto the naya again with beautiful views across the local hills and mountain ranges, here there is room for you to enjoy breakfast before facing another hard day of what to do with so many things to choose from. With the golf club only 2 mins up the road or beach and shops 5 mins down the road, or leave those until later go down to the terrace and just enjoying sitting, swimming, and dozing on the terrace by the pool, decisions, descisions decisions!! If you cannot face driving of an evening for a meal you can walk around 800mtrs to several restaurants and a bar that you can find enjoyable bar food.

The exterior of the villa has a private pool and terrace, which is in the sun most of the day, a large garden backing onto woods that lead down to the park. There are lemon trees in the garden for the "gin and tonic" and lots of places to relax and find or hide away from the sun There is a covered naya that is in the shade that overlooks the pool and terrace. There is a large roof terrace at the villa with outstanding views of the the mountain ranges and open countryside and in the evening enjoy the beautiful sunsets from there.
