Further details indoors: Vista al Mar is a beautiful villa designed carefully to take full advantage of the wonderful sea views. The front door goes in to a spacious entrance hall and from here double doors lead to the lounge/dining room. This is very stylish and is comfortably furnished. The well equipped kitchen is off the dining area. Upstairs are the bedrooms, all with balconies offering marvellous views out to sea. The bedrooms all have overhead fans and air-conditioning. There is a family bathroom on this floor and the master bedroom has a full en suite bathroom. Doors go from the lounge out to an arched, partially covered terrace, running the length of the villa.
Further details outdoors: The main terrace is well equipped with table, chairs and a barbecue - the ideal place for those al fresco meals. Steps lead down to the swimming pool that has an extensive terraced surround, also equipped with table, chairs and sunloungers. Parents with young children should note that there are a lot of stairs in the house and steps outside. The property is fenced and gated.
