This beautiful villa is situated just outside Javea with views to beautiful countryside. The lovely 8m x 4m private pool is a great place to cool off in the heat of the sun. The garden and terrace is the perfect place to relax and unwind on the comfortable sun loungers while soaking up the sun. The villa is in a peaceful location and is almost on a flat plot. Ideal for children as the main gate can be locked. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed day or night around the lovely pool with ample terracing .
The villa benefits from having three bedrooms and three bathrooms and each bedroom is quite private as there is one either end of the living accommodation on the ground floor and one on the upper floor with en suite, so ideal for family or friends who want to holiday together but want the privacy of their own bathroom.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca is truly a beautiful place with many wonderful places to see and visit. There are many local towns to visit within easy reach of the villa such as Javea, Denia, Moraira, Altea and Calpe. The fantastic theme parks of Terramitica, Terranatura and the water world of Aqualandia near Benidorm and Alicante are well worth a visit as is the Oceanographics near Valencia. The city of Valencia is only 40 minutes away by train so why not take a trip there for the day while visiting the area, it is a lovely city and very vibrant. The city of Alicante is also worth a visit and it only 1 hours drive away, with is wonderful beaches and also many shops in which to browse.
Javea / Adsubia area
Denia and Javea are located on the northern Costa Blanca, this is a truly beautiful part of Spain with its rugged coast line and wonderful mountains and lush landscape.
Javea is a beautiful coastal resort just 6- 10 minutes drive from the villa, it is a lovely town with a beautiful beach and also the old town and Port areas are great places to wonder around the windy street or sit outside one of the cafe bars and watch the world go by. It has many wonderful restaurants and shops in which to wonder, particularly in the old town and port. There are many little beach coves along the coast line you can take to and admire the rugged coastline while lazing on a small beach.
The beautiful cosmopolitan resort of Denia (20 mins away) has long sandy beaches which do not get crowed even in the height of the summer. The newly built marina is a great place to dine during the day or night. Its a great places to just sit and have a drink in the sunshine while admiring the beautiful yachts bobbing around on the med. Denia itself has many restaurants in which to enjoy all types of cuisine to suite all pallets and pockets. Alternatively you can visit the local fish market and buy the catch of the day, return to the comfort of your own villa to BBQ, while enjoying a peaceful warm summer evenings...perfect. In the main streets of Denia you will find some wonderful shops in which to browse.
Moraira is only 15 minutes away by car and again it is a lovely town with many restaurants, shops and beaches, so there is plenty of choice in this lovely area... you will not get bored.
It truly is a wonderful area, we fell in love with it 7 years ago and you could quite easily do the same.

The villa is so easy to get to with our deailed directions taking you straight to the door from either Alicante or Valencia airports, it could not be easier.

Further details indoors: This lovely villa is light and modern with modern, comfortable furniture. It is on two levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all with single beds the two lower bedrooms have a view of the pool area. The upper bedroom while slightly smaller has an outside terrace over looking the pool. There are ceiling fans fitted in the two lower rooms and a free standing fan in the upper bedroom, which help to keep the villa cool in the height of the summer. The villa has all modern conveniences such as dishwasher & washing machine. Good quality linen is provided including bath towels, if your stay is for 2 weeks or more then the linen is changed at the end of the first week. A welcome basket is provided on arrival.
Further details outdoors: The summer climate here in Spain is perfect for outdoor living and this villa is perfect for that. There is plenty of terracing around the pool for the all important sun lounger and 6 are provided. Around the pool there is traditional Spanish balustrade and slightly below the terrace area you will find garden with mature palm trees. The villa is slightly elevated and therefore there are lovely views of surrounding countryside although you are not isolated there are other villas around the villa but the pool area is quite private. There is a lockable gate to the property so it is quite safe for children to wander around the garden. It is really a lovely place to relax and have a wonderful holiday.
Further details
A welcome basket is provided on arrival. * English speaking Property Managers live close by and are on hand in case of any problems or just to give advise on where to go, what to see and recommend restaurants. Michelle and Steve visit the villa a couple of days after arrival to ensure all is well. * The pool is cleaned regulalrly and therefore is always in perfect condition. * Car hire can be organised for you by the Property Managers & rental agents. * Clients return with Michelle & Steve year after year which is a great recommendation. Although this is the first year this villa has been rented, hence the availability.
Conditions
* A 20% deposit will secure the booking. * Full payment is due 10 weeks before departure complete with £200 fully refundable breakage deposit. * Keys will be sent to you from the UK 2 weeks before departure. * Directions and emergency telephone number will be e-mailed at the time of sending the keys. * Car hire can be organised for you before departure, payment made to the hire company on arrival.
