Further details indoors: A large, bright four bedroom villa set in extensive grounds, with a big pool. Entrance is from the front door to a small hall and up a few stairs to the lounge. An arch separates the lounge and dining room, with the kitchen off the dining room. Doors lead from the lounge to the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs for relaxing in the shade. Stairs from the lounge go up to three bedrooms and a bathroom, and down to the fourth bedroom and a shower room. The second shower room is by the poolside barbecue casita.
Further details outdoors: Beside the pool is the "summer kitchen". This is a pretty casita with wood burning oven, purpose built barbecue and table and chairs - the perfect spot for long summer meals. The area around the big pool (10m x 5m) is paved and well equipped with sunloungers. There is a covered terrace by the lounge giving extra shade, this leads on to the pool terrace. The property is fully fenced and has a remote controlled gate. Special note: A disco approximately 1 km away operates at Easter and in late July and August. Light sleepers may find this disturbing, although all the bedrooms have shutters to help keep out the heat and noise, with fans to keep them cooler in the summer months.
