Further details indoors: This is a two storey villa, set in large gardens. Entrance to the main living area is up steps to a large arched terrace offering wonderful views. This terrace is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs, plus a large dining table and chairs. The front door leads straight in to the spacious, split level living/dining room, featuring a floor of hand made tiles. The dining table, made to order for the owner, has a beautiful tiled top. From the dining area doors lead to a pretty, enclosed patio. There is a small kitchen, with a door out to the barbecue area. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is off the dining area. A separate entrance to the second bedroom on this level is through the terrace (or through the double bedded room and bathroom). This bedroom shares the bathroom with the master bedroom. On the lower level, with separate external entrance, is another arched terrace overlooking a lawn. There is a bathroom, with separate shower stall and the washing machine is in this bathroom.
Further details outdoors: The villa stands in a double plot with many places for children to play. The swimming pool, set beside one of the lawns, has a sun terrace with plenty of room for sunbeds and a straw parasol giving extra shade. The lovely thing about this villa are the many terraces surrounding the house giving sun or shade depending on the time of day. The barbecue area, conveniently located by the kitchen, has been designed to provide a secluded spot to catch the evening sun, here there is a purpose built barbecue and stone tables and benches.
