Further details indoors: Villa Alby is a large five bedroom villa situated close to the beach in Jávea. The villa is very spacious, has a large pool and extensive grounds and is perfect for up to 10 people. Entrance to the villa is through the glazed sun lounge. This is furnished with tables and chairs for eating, and at one end there is a comfortable seating area. A door leads in from here to the main lounge area. This is L-shaped, spacious and comfortably furnished and has a TV for DVD and video playback only. The well equipped kitchen is off the lounge, and from the kitchen 5 stairs go down to the utility room housing the washing machine and extra fridge/fridge freezer. Four bedrooms are in the main house and the fifth bedroom (with external access) is in the 'Tower Suite'.
Further details outdoors: Outside the utility room is a small walled patio with the purpose built barbecue, conveniently close to the kitchen. From here a path goes to the large (10 x 5) swimming pool. The pool area is fully walled and gated, with a paved terrace around the pool and an awning providing shade at one end of the pool. There are plenty of sun loungers and a table and chairs for relaxing in the shade. Beyond the pool area is the orchard with orange, lemon, clementine and grapefruit trees (guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruit in season). Around the house is a small lawned area, ideal for children to play away from the pool. The whole property is fenced,walled and gated and there is plenty of parking space for about 4 cars.
