Javea has a wonderful beach and many pretty coves. Within half hour drive is Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park) for fun days out & Benidorm Palace (cabaret show).

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea is situated in the Northern Costa Blanca, just over an hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia airports. Both these airports are extremely well served by scheduled, "no-frills" and charter flights, every day of the week.
It has long been a popular holiday destination for Spaniards and foreigners alike. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges that are exported all over the world. There are numerous attractions such as Terra Mítica, the theme park in Benidorm, just half hours drive from Jávea. Benidorm Palace a world class cabaret show. The city of Valencia has many monuments well worth a visit or even just to go shopping. It is also possible to visit Barcelona by train in a day!


Javea / Montgo area

Jávea has long been the destination of choice for discerning visitors who are not interested in mass-market resorts. Holidays in the area centre around the family, and visitors to the area spend hours at their private villa enjoying the privacy and their own company. For those seeking more, the Arenal beach area and the Aduanas Port areas both offer numerous bars and restaurants. There is the sandy Arenal beach, and numerous rocky coves including the beautiful Granadella beach. Boats and pedaloes are available for hire at the Arenal beach.
Don't miss the local fiestas especially San Juan in the Old Town between 14th and 24th June, theMoors and Christians from 16th to 20th July and the main Port fiestas from the 23rd August to 8th September when on the final night there is a terrific firework display over the harbour.

Steps lead from the garden to the front door, which opens in to a spacious entrance hall. From here a Tosca stone arch leads through to the large, very comfortably furnished lounge/dining room.
Double doors go from the dining area to a covered terrace.
The villa is very well equipped. The kitchen is big and has access to a small service patio.
From the main entrance hall a passageway leads to the three bedrooms, shower room and en suite bathroom. The bedrooms are all comfortably furnished and are equipped with fans.
The villa has a wi-fi broadband internet connection. Bring your own laptop.

Further details outdoors:
The extensive covered terrace is well equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco meals and relaxing in the shade. This terrace overlooks the swimming pool. Steps go down to the garden and swimming pool with its paved surround. The pool is big (9m x 4,5m) and there are plenty of sun loungers. The garden is pretty, well maintained, and features lots of lawn and beds with Mediterranean plants.
The service patio leads out to a stone flagged patio and pergola. The pergola is furnished with table and chairs for those meals cooked on the nearby purpose built barbecue, all conveniently located by the kitchen.
