This is a beautiful friendly, New Family Villa which faces south, 200 metres from the sea cliff on the Costa Blanca in one of the affluent areas. This villa is exceptionally ideal for all the family, The pool does not over hang dangerous cliffs as it is on flat land . The walled in garden,, the villa & the pool,,offers relaxaton &enjoyment for all !! The Villa is fully equipped & it offers you to enjoy one of the Best Holidays ever !!! There is a small shop quite close, 150 metres in walking distance for fresh bread and a few groceries etc and within 4 kms you have all the shops you can wish for like " Mercadona, Lidl, many Chinese shops, sports centre, sea promenade, with all spectacular sea front restaurants which offer their best menus to all nationalities.
The most popular beach is called " The Arenal " which is one of the widest and sandiest beach I have ever seen actually. It is a white sanded beach, no rocks or pebbles & indeed spotless!!! There are special volley ball and badminton nets there and boarding area in the sea for people to swim out to and sunbath on the sea itself, Javea is the most ideal area for all ages to enjoy. It certainly has a lot to offer and is a very elegant place to stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This is one of the most beautiful areas on the Costa Blanca,Coastline, definitely "A Beverley Hills" and yes it does exist in Spain. It is the greenest of all areas along the Costa Blanca and with "well to do people". The weather is definitely healthy, in Winter the Mountain in Denia called the Mount of Mongo protects our area from the cold winds.
We also have " Cap de San Antonio " which is covered in historical towers and the views from them are unique indeed, you can see the complete town, the old part, the new town and parks etc.
Javea is very well kept hence we have many retired wealthy people living here. It is a new very large interesting town, all is new and exciting for all ages!!!
Javea / Costa Nova area
Most people here enjoy the luxurious golf club here, even for the rich meals they offer, which is approx 3 kms from the villa and not forgetting that we are so very close to Moraira, which is once again another tourist area, but it is definitely a lot smaller, but very pretty.
How to get there
Some of our clients actually drive here from England with their cars while other clients prefer to take a flight to Alicante or Valencia Airport and hire a car from there, or pay for a taxi but there is no problem at all for all year round rentals as there are constantly easy convenient flights from all over England to Alicante or Valencia Airport.
It is the same distance from each airport so you have an option to which airport you prefer.
Actually there is a bus from Valencia airport so I am told which brings you straight into Javea itself but I personally would recommend you to hire a car from the airport, definitely as there is so much to see and enjoy!!

Further details indoors: All beds and luxury sofa bed are brand new, Television in all the rooms, Satellite only in one room. In one bedroom as it is so large we have 2 double beds as shown on one of the photos ,,which will of course accommodate 4 people, either for the children or for brothers and sisters, or just good friends!!
This luxury villa offers such fun in every way, either for young people, families, or for older people. The villa is all on one level, no need to go up stairs, it's all so easy!! And the very special attraction is that each bedroom with it´s onsuite bathroom are completely in different areas of the villa so there is absolute privacy for all!!
All 3 bathrooms are complete with bath, of which one of the bathrooms also has a very large walk in shower. The Villa Tanamara also has a telephone from which you can make local calls at no extra expense as the villa has the wi-fi system ( broadband ) so you may call a taxi or reserve a table at a restaurant, at any time from the villa plus you may receive incoming calls from the U.K.
Another very important item the villa has to offer, it has the biggest outdoor terrace in this area, fully furnished, as you can see in one of the photographs. The villa itself is 203 square metres, so as you can see, it is one of the most spacious villas there is in Javea.
Further details outdoors: And for those Tennis Fanatics, or experts as they call themselves,haha.. we have brand new tennis courts just up the road, in quick walking distance, about 150 metres, with a restaurant right next door. We also have lovely green walking zones underneath the pine trees right across on the other side to the villa. The sea cliff is approx 200 metres away so all the sea breeze reaches our pool area.
The swimming pool is in the sun on day long, from early morning to late at night. We also have a gardener once a week to maintain garden, grass and swimming pool, so all you have to do, is enjoy your stay and do absolutely nothing!! Just sunbath on the lounge chairs or sleep under the yellow Jacaranda tree on the lawn. It is the ideal home to hire out, have no doubt!!
About 10 kms away we have one of the biggest European Indoor Shopping centres with all the famous shops such as Levis, Mothercare, C & A and other very popular shops and it also has one of the largest bowling alleys, I've ever seen with all types of other entertainment so while you shop in peace your children can also be enjoying what they like most... Also there is a Mac Donalds.
Night-life is great on the Costa Blanca, most of it being live singing and Karoke. All music for slow dancing, rocken roll dancing and for all ages, and we certainly have the best restaurants in Spain. The catering service here in all places is the highest, the people can't seem to do enough, they certainly know how to treat their clients properly indeed!!!
There is also a train that one can take from Denia itself, 7kms away, which can take you down to Benidorm for the day and fun park "Tierra Mitica". Also about 15 minutes away in Verger we have a Safari Park which is ideal for the younger ones so it depends on yourselves what you would like to do, either a quiet sit you round the pool holiday or a rather active holiday!!

To make a reservation we kindly ask for a 40 % upfront and the balance on arrival. We also ask for 1000 Euros security money which can be given over in sterling which is given back on day of departure ..
We kindly ask all clients to vacate the villa at 12 midday, for new arrivals, should you wish to spend another day, please ask well in advance. Thank you!!
The villa is self catering, and we do provide sheets and towels but not beach towels.
The deposit for your reservation is non refundable.
We ask that clients that wish to smoke,, please will the smoke only on the verranda area by the pool, Thank you !
