The villa is situated in the exclusive urbanisation of Tosalet in Javea. There are 3 double bedrooms one which has an en-suite bathroom. There is another family bathroom and an outside toilet. There are twin beds in one room and 2 double beds in the other 2 rooms. There is a private niya at the front of the villa with furniture. The pool is 10m by 5m and is overlooked by a BBQ area with a gas hob and real BBQ facilities. The property is very secluded. The pool area is completely surrounded by a high hedge. The property is accessed by an electric security gate with intercom and there are 24 hour private security patrols in the urbanisation.

The Costa Blanca is a very popular area with a fantastic climate, plenty to see and do which will appeal to all different tastes and interests.
Javea / Tossalet area
In the surrounding area there are many tourist attractions and places to visit. arenal beach is less than 5 minutes drive with its beach playground for kids and dozens of bars and restaurantsoverlooking the sea. Javea old town and port are less than 10 minutes drive away also boasting many bars restaurants and markets. Just over the beautiful mountain Montgo is the bustling town of Denia with its miles of sandy beaches. there are other beautiful towns and villages all within 20 minutes drive including Moraira, Benitachell, Calpe and Altea. For the kids there is a safari park about 30 minutes drive north and there is a large fun park Terra Mitica 30 minutes south which is one of the biggest tourist attractions in this part of spain. In javea there is a 9-hole golf course. the 18 hole golf course at jesus pobre is 15 minutes drive away. There are approximately another 5 or 6 18-hole courses within 30 mins drive including El saler which is ranked in the world top 50.

Alicante is slightly closer by about 10 km. easyjet fly to both. BA, monarch and thomsonfly all fly to alicante. ryanair fly to valencia.
