This Spanish style private quiet villa has beamed ceilings, pretty gardens and a roof terrace. Sea views can be found on three sides of the villa. On a good clear day, Ibiza can be seen.
The villa affords outside dining "Al Fresco" style. There is a family sized BBQ. Within the open fronted double naya (outside covered terrace) is a worktop/bar area complete with a sink. In this area, there is dining furniture, patio furniture, sun beds and loungers. The floodlit swimming pool creates an ambience for relaxing and unwinding.
The villa benefits from being close to all amenities. The nearest supermarket is approximately 10 minutes walk.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca is a popular holiday destination for Spaniards and many non Spaniards. The beautiful city of Valencia is worth a visit with its' many monuments, or just for shopping. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges and orange groves, lemon trees, almond and olive trees can be found in abundance in many areas of the region.
The Costa Blanca has several hundred kilometres of coastline comprising a mixture of white sandy or shingle beaches and cliffs, with many villages and towns with old pueblo centres and working fishing ports and harbours.
In the Javea area, the coastline is dominated by a mountain named Montgo which rises dramatically from sea level to a peak of 750 metres. This is designated a national park and is a popular walking area. Javea, Moraira, Calpe, Jalon Valley and Denia are all within easy reach.
Climate - rated by the World Health Organization as being amongst the best in the world, the hottest months on the Costa Blanca are June to September when temperatures average 25C. In winter the temperatures average 17 - 18C which makes it an enviable all year round desination.
Javea / Balcon Al Mar area
The coastal and stylish town of Javea has three distinct areas of interest for the holiday visitor. The Arenal with its' sandy beach and the Port, linked by a beautiful stretch of rocky beach, and the Old Town (Pueblo). The Old Town is typically Spanish with many whitewashed buildings, narrow streets, squares, a beautiful church and pavement eating places. The Port has a thriving fish market, is still a working port and has a yacht club/marina, as well as a pebble beach and numerous shops and sea front restaurants. The palm lined beach at El Arenal has a flat sandy beach, ringed by a semi circular flat promenade which houses many restaurants and bars. The forty minute or so stroll to and from the port to the Arenal is flat, but if you don't fancy the return walk, buses and a little taxi train (in the summer months) will bring you back to your starting point.
Market day in Javea is Thursday and is held in the Old Town. Javea has two fiestas each year, the first in June held in the Old Town, and the second in September held in the Port. Both include colourful processions, dancing, bull running and firework displays.
Balcon Al Mar has several good quality restaurants and can be walked to and from the villa. A tennis club, supermarket, bakery and hairdressers are all within walking distance of the villa. The beaches at Granadella and Barraca are a few kilometres away and can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The Cap de la Nao lighthouse is an approximate fifteen minute stroll away. The sandy beach at the Arenal can be reached by car in approximately 7 minutes, or there is a bus service with a stop nearby the villa which will take you to Javea stopping at various points on route to the Old Town. A timetable can be obtained from the tourist office in the Port.
The tourist office offers guided scenic walks of the area in English and Spanish during the high season. There is tennis both locally and in the Arenal area of Javea. Horse riding and lessons are held at the Centro Hipico Javea. Mundomar (seaworld) Marine Park, Aqualindia Water Park, Terra Mitica theme park - all in Benidorm 40 minutes drive away. El Vergel safari park is about 25 mins drive away, near Denia. Go karting can be found locally in Javea. The sports marina in Javea Port has all types of water sports, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing and wind surfing.
How to get there
Airports serving the location generally are Alicante approx 85kms and Valencia approx 100kms. Airlines to choose from include Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, Flybe, British Airways, Thomsonfly, Clickair. Car hire is recommended as the most economical solution for getting from the airport to and from the villa.There are several car hire companies operating out of both airports which can be located via the internet. Full instructions are given prior to travel to aid travel from the airports to the villa. Taxis are available from the airport. Pre booked transfers/taxis are an alternative - names can be given upon request.

Prices are per week and given in UK pounds sterling.
20% booking non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival which is non-refundable.
A refundable surety deposit of £200.00 is required, this is held against breakages, damage or key loss and will be returned approximately 1 week after departure following satisfactory inspection of the property.
A small welcome pack will await your arrival so that a drink and light snack is available at the end of your journey.
Change over day is Saturday, but could be flexible during lower season lettings by negotiation. Clients arriving can access the villa after 4pm on day of arrival. Clients departing must vacate the villa by 10.00am.
Cot and highchair can be arranged at an additional cost upon request, but reasonable notice is required and is recommended at time of booking.
All towels and bed linen are changed at the end of each weekly rental. 2 week rentals will have a light cleaning service (if required - instruction to be given to our representative locally) and a linen change at the end of the first week. Beach towels are not provided. Part week rentals will not attract an additional cleaning and linen change service except within the first week, i.e. a rental of ten days will be cleaned and have linen changed prior to arrival, and following departure only.
Rates include gas, water, pool and garden maintenance to the owners requirements, but do not include travelling costs including flights, trains, taxis, transfers, car hire or insurances.
