This 19th century farmhouse has been lovingly and sympathically restored and is located in the tranquil countryside beneath the spectacular Montgo offering glorious views of the mountains and valleys in the popular coastal resort of Javea. Javea is tucked into a beautiful bay between Cap de la Nao and Cap de San Antonio situated on the Mediterranean Costa Blanca some 100 km south of Valencia and north of Alicante. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end with roman steps perfect for the children. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from town, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. With one double, one twin bedroom and one single, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
From golden beaches to rocky coves, from international golf courses to wonderful boat trips, from marvellous theme parks to safari parks, Javea and the Costa Blanca has something for everyone.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Take time for a day trip inland to visit interesting mountain villages and to enjoy the fantastic countryside and beautiful views of Northern Costa Blanca. Excellent hiking trails of varying length and difficulty for the keen hill walkers (maps provided).
Javea / Montgo Valls area
Javea´s historic old town and attractive fishing port are just a short drive from the villa. A little further on you will reach the beautiful sandy Arenal beach. Also here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and night entertainment. There is a wide variety of sporting facilities available locally including golf, tennis, water sports, diving, sailing, horse-riding, etc.
For the kids: The Safari Animal Park, Benidoleig Caves, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar are all within 40 minutes drive. Valencias impressive City of Arts and Sciences has the Europes largest Marine Park housing over 45,000 animals of 500 different species in the numerous underground aquariums.
How to get there
Fly to either Alicante airport or Valencia airport, collect your ´rent a car´ and in just over an hour you should arrive at this charming private villa on the beautiful Costa Blanca.

Further details indoors: The entrance to the villa is through a spacious, bright and well furnished enclosed sun terrace, an ideal venue for sitting, reading and relaxing in the spring and autumn months. The open plan lounge/dining room with beamed ceiling is a real home from home as this the owner´s residence for most of the year. The furnishings are of a high standard and there is a (microwave) satellite TV, hi-fi system, DVD and video recorder for your added enjoyment. Leading off from the lounge also is a separate study. There is a shower room with WC located on this level. The modern well fitted kitchen comes complete with microwave, washing machine, gas hob and electric oven.
Access to the first floor is via typical low narrow stairway and the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors to the roof terrace, affording those stunning panoramic views across the valley and towards the mountains in the distance. There is also a further pretty twin bedroom and a single bedroom on this floor with ample wardrobe space.
Further details outdoors: Outside taking pride of place surrounded by spacious terrace and mediterranean garden, there is an 8 metre pool with roman steps and shallow end for children. The kitchen patio is shaded by beautiful a bougainvillea and is ideal for those meals al-fresco. The restaurants and shops of Javea´s historic town centre are just a short drive away which makes this an ideal location for the smaller family or group. A car is essential.
