The villa has been totally refurbished in December 2004. The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 singles. Sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. It has 2 bathrooms one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom and the other a family bathroom serving the 2 single bedrooms. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped and has electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. In the utility room adjacent to the kitchen there is a washmachine. The lounge and dining room area (are air-conditioned) are open plan and have views over the pool area and the valley. There is a television in the lounge which has limited satelite stations and there is also a DVD player. The Naya ( conservatory ) has casual lounging area with a sofa, table and 2 chairs which overlooks the pool area and valley..

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
It is too simplistic to say of Javea that the World Health Organisation named it as one of the healthiest climes in the world and that there are more recorded hours of sunshine per year on this little point of land than in any other place in Spain.
This lovely villa is on the lower slopes of the Montgó mountain. The range provides the most spectacular views and then broadens onto orange groves at the back.
Javea / Montgo area
Javea's narrow streets hide a wealth of architecture with arched entrances, large gothic windows, beautiful wrought iron grilles, small shops hidden away from the glare of the sun, with interiors cool and inviting as you enter. Javea town is made up of the old town full of culture and tradition, plus a second urban centre called Aduanas del Mar and the summer sun area of El Arenal; the typical sea-side front with all the tourist activities you can expect. The old fisherman's quarter known as "Aduanas del Mar" seems to grow year on year and is now a shelter to a great number of boats in all varieties of size and uses from the humble dinghy to sea going yachts to the pride of the Javea fishing fleet. The fishing port is now one of the most important on the Costa Blanca. The town and port abound with shops restaurants and tapas bars.
Activities: Swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf (10 min drive), wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking Surrounding Area Javea is an excellent family and golfing holiday location. The Arenal beach gives parents a chance to eat in one of the many sea front restaurants, while the kids play safely in the sand a few metres away. Mundomar Marine Park, Vergel Safari Park and the new Terra Mitica theme park are within half an hour's drive. The coastline in this part of Spain is studded with charming coves and bays.
Golf Information Towards Denia there is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole (soon to become 27) course 10 min drive from Villa. Further a field (c.30 minutes) a new course at Oliva (18-hole, designed by Seve Ballesteros) and just south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course - at El Saler. Ideally placed for golf -Javea GC is a 9-hole course, which is more difficult than it looks, has superb views of the 'landmark' mountain, Montgo.
How to get there
Fly either to Alicante or Valencia airports. Both are exactly 100km/60miles away. Book a hire car (www.skycars.com) which will take 1 hour to the villa. Cheap flights are available from Easyjet.co.uk or Fly-Monarch.com Private mini cabs are available and cost approx €75 single trip.

Further details outdoors: The villa has a secluded private pool area and the terrace surrounding the pool has 4 sun lounges, a table with 6 chairs as well as a BBQ. The kidney shape swimming pool is: 8m x 4m. The garden comprises of many fruit trees and palm trees. Most of the area is gravelled. The plot is over 1/2 an acre in size. There is a garage to the front of the villa.
