This luxurious villa comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which is double with en-suite shower room and has patio doors leading to the terrace & swimming pool. The other 2 bedrooms are twin, offering the possibility of sleeping 6 adults, there is a further shower room. There is a very spacious living/dining room which has been very well furnished, from here there are also patio doors leading to the terrace & swimming pool. The living room benefits from an open fire & under floor heating is throughout for the cooler months. The kitchen is very modern and comprises of fridge/freezer, oven & hob, washing m/c & dishwasher, from the kitchen the terrace is also accessible. The terrace has a table & chairs for outdoor eating, there is also a lovely BBQ area, a fantastic 10x5m swimming pool with a table and benches to the far side. The property also has very beautiful gardens with seating areas to enjoy both the sun and the shade when required. Ample off road parking is available for up to 3 cars.

The region offers a wide range of watersports as well as horse riding and a selection of superb golf courses. Javea is a small and charming resort which centres around a harbour with beaches on either side.
Javea / Cap de la Nao area
This beautifully appointed Villa is situated in the Cabo de la Nao area of Javea. It is in the perfect position for those who would like to have a get-away-from-it-all holiday relaxing on the beautiful terrace, taking a dip in the pool while the BBQ is sizzling away! Equally the Villa is close to the bustling resort of Javea with its many shops, boutiques and the restaurants and bars along the Arenal beach which is busy by day and night, ideal for the young and the young at heart. Alternatively, just a couple of kms in the opposite direction to the villa is the tranquil bay of 'la Granadella' which has a beautiful sandy beach. You can also enjoy some of the best freshly caught seafood in the area at the typically Spanish restaurant, or just enjoy a cool drink at the seasonal beach bar. If you prefer a more active holiday, there are numerous watersports in the area and not forgetting the golfers, Javea has a fantastic 18 hole golf course.

Javea is situated between Valencia airport and Alicante airport, Valencia being marginally closer than the two. As such there are many budget airlines flying into the area, easyjet, ryanair, bmibaby and many more from the UK and other european airports.

Further details indoors: The villa benefits from underfloor heating for the cooler winter months and is double glazed throughout. In the summertime the property is very cool and has patio doors to the main bedroom and to the living/dining room which can be left open as there are gates to these doors, as well as the kitchen door leading to the terrace and swimming pool.
Further details outdoors: The exterior of the villa has many beautiful places for sitting and relaxing, or for outside dining. There are table and chairs on the top terrace overlooking the swimming pool, also sun loungers on this terrace which can be moved to suit. There is also a fixed able and benches to the far side of the swimming pool, perfect for late afternoon drinks, further round the garden is another table and chairs which are ideal for when some cool shade is required.
