This beautiful, luxury villa set in the exclusive and picturesque area of La Finca is located just 5 minutes drive from Javea Arenal beach, Javea Port and Old Town and just 15 minutes' drive from the equally delightful beaches of nearby Moraira.
Exceptionally spacious, Villa Marco offers luxury accommodation on two levels and is ideally suited to a large family group who enjoy plenty of relaxation space. The accommodation comprises: 2 large double bedrooms with en-suite family bathrooms, one large twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus a superb king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with separate shower, extra large bath tub and patio doors leading to sun terrace. The spacious luxury lounge has satellite TV and air-conditioning and double doors lead out to the pool and terrace. Large modern dining area and fully equipped spacious kitchen. Rooms have piped music throughout. There is also an outdoor table tennis area.

Villa Marco is a wonderfully spacious luxury villa and benefits from superb outside terrace and pool areas with excellent views across the countryside to the sea. The rooms are light, bright and airy and all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and piped music throughout.
La Finca is a quiet, peaceful urbanisation, ideally situated for easy access to Javea´s lovely beach resort, only 5 minutes drive and 25 minutes walking distance away .

The outdoor pool area is exceptionally spacious and there are plenty of sun loungers and seating areas around the pool to relax and enjoy the wonderful views. There is also an outdoor BBQ area for year round al fresco dining and purpose built shower room and toilet. A 25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to rental start date together with a refundable security deposit against damage of 250.00 pounds.
The owner requests a strictly non smoking policy inside the Villa, although smoking is acceptable in outside areas.

The charming town of Javea lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao on the northern section of the Costa Blanca, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea and is sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo. It is no wonder that the world health organisation classes Javea as having near perfect climate for longevity. With its mild year round temperatures varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities.
Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities. In and around Javea there are so many fabulous places to visit, from the hustle and bustle of the trendy bars and restaurants, to the unspoilt areas of natural beauty, tucked away, for you to discover. Whatever your preference you are sure to have a perfect holiday.
The Javea / Cansalades area
The Costa Blanca can satisfy most peoples sporting desires. The warm seas are perfect for diving, snorkelling and water skiing. Jet Skis, Windsurfing and sailing are also available. From the Port marina fishing boats and yacht charters are available. You can visit Ibiza on a day trip from Denia port a 15 min drive away.
There are 3 golf courses in the nearby surrounding area, one of which is located next to the 5 Star Marriott Hotel complex, complete with International Health Spa. Behind the arenal beach there is a large Tennis Club with Horse Riding too. Javea is within a 30 min drive to Benidorm, which has a large water park 'Aqualandia', the Dolphin Sea World Centre 'Mundomar' and 'Terra Mitica' theme park which has some of the largest rides in Europe.
There is also 'Vergel Safari Park' not to be missed. Javea has its own 3000ft mountain 'The Montgo', this area is a nature park where you can walk or rock climb and enjoy incredible views across Javea and along the scenic coastline
