The villa has fabulous sea views from the pool terrace, lounge & roof terrace. Primarily the outside area is on 2 levels, upper level the villa, with gated staircase to pool terrace. The villa ihas just been totally reformed, with new kitchen, new bathrooms, windows, flooring and furniture. .
The villa consist s of main house, 3 double beds, 2 ensute shower rooms & 1 bathroom, lounge with separate dining area, and large bright kitchen,with direct access to a BBQ area and terrace with dining area. A traditional Naya (covered terrace) with seating again to enjoy an evening cocktail & the sea view. External access leads to a large double bedroom with ensuite shower room, large windows, again to enjoy that view. There is a large terrace with gated stairs to the spacious pool & terrace below.There is also a lawn, if you or the kids want to play on grass.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The traditional fishing port of Javea lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao on the north Costa Blanca roughly half way between Alicante & Valencia Airports. Warmed by the Mediterranean Sea it is sheltered from the northern winds by the spectacular Mount Montgo (known locally as the Elephant .. from my Villa you can see the profile ). It is no wonder that the world health organisation classes Javea as having near perfect climate for longevity! With its mild year round temperatures varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities. Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities. In and around Javea there are so many fabulous places to visit, from Terra Mittica & Aqualandia in benidorm , for the child in us, to touring inland to the scenic Jalón Valley, historical Xativa or the caves of Benidoleig (you walk so far into the mountain, even in august you need a jumper !!)Whatever your preference you are sure to have a perfect holiday.
Leisure Activities: The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. There is a water bus service l between Javea, Denia, Altea & Benidorm. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks. If you are looking for activities the tourist Office can provide further information. An information Pack is available in the villa. There are a number of different beaches within 10 mins drive , The Sandy Arenal perefct for kids , Porticholl, Granadella & Cumbre with clear water & a wide variety of sealife, perfect for snorkelling or Diving. If you have a licence boats can be rented by the hour for waterskiing, Donuting or just for exploring the beautiful coves along the coast & chilling. To be honest .. there is not much you cannot do within a 25 minute drive.
The Javea town fiesta is held at the end of June .. with the burning a large effigy (falla) or the second fortnight of July there are the Moors & Christians parades, ending with Fireworks & dancing.

Further details indoors: The villa has just been totally reformed to a high standard. The kitchen is spacious with a seating area & direct access onto the BBQ Terrace. From the lounge there is access to the Naya (covered terrace) furnished to enjoy chilling with an evening cocktail & the view.The Garden & upper terrace are separated from the pool by a gate & steps .. making it child friendly & secure. The villa has spectacular seaviews from Pool , lounge & a roof terrace, and is only 5 minutes drive from the Arenal beach area. There is a restaurants within walking distance. A car port is available for 2 cars. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, and cool storage for the wine.
Further details outdoors: Access to the pool from main terrace is by gated steps, which if kept locked provides security for young children.
