Villa Silvana is the owners’ home for part of the year and provides those extra features and homely touches that make it a very special holiday home. Set in a peaceful countryside location in the exclusive La Colina area of Javea, this elegant, modern villa, with its spacious and immaculate interior furnished in contemporary style, offers superb accommodation for inside and outside living, a lovely pool area, and attractive grounds with an abundance of tropical trees and shrubs. The villa has sun all day, is not overlooked, and has beautiful open views across the pine-studded hillsides to the mountains in the distance.
Accommodation is on two levels connected by interior stairs. At pool level are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge & glazed, ‘naya’ style sunroom leading out to a patio and pool area with poolside bar. The lower level consists of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, with access to the gardens from the living room and kitchen. The two living rooms and two of the bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans, the third bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the glazed, ‘naya’ style sun room is also air conditioned.
Local amenities and a rich choice of bars and restaurants can be found within just a few minutes drive. About 3 km away is the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea, within a 15 minute drive, are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca.
Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities.
Javea / La Colina area
The old town of Javea has several historical buildings set along narrow winding streets that all seem to lead to the church and market square at the centre. Several times a year the town bursts into life with the colour and noise of a Fiesta, often including bull-running through the streets, and fireworks.
The port area is home to a local fishing fleet and a modern marina. Over the years it has also evolved into a trendy lunch and dinner destination with its waterfront restaurants and cafe bars. Dominating the fishing port is the modern silhouette of the Church of Nuestra Señora de Loreto, with it's awe-inspiring roof imitating a ship's hull.
At the wide Blue Flag sandy beach, called the Arenal, is another excellent choice of boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, and there are also a couple of nightclubs here.
The area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and, with little or no package holiday business or high-rise buildings, it is one of the finest holiday rental areas in Europe.
