La Vista, so named because of its fabulous views of Jávea, Mount Montgó and the inland hills, is the perfect villa for a family or families seeking spacious accommodation. Set in the exclusive Tosalet area, this high-quality and beautifully maintained villa has many personal and homely features that give it that extra special appeal.
The upper level consists of the kitchen/utility area, lounge with dining area leading to the terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has doors to the terrace. On the ground floor is a fourth bedroom with en suite, and a games room. Also on this level is an additional room with two single beds.
The pool area can be accessed by steps from the kitchen, the terrace, and from the games room. Around the pool there is plenty of space for lying in the sun or shade, and for barbecuing and dining.
There are two supermarkets fairly close by. The Arenal beach is about 2.5 km (5 minutes by car), and offers sand and sea, a bustling and lively atmosphere, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea (about 3 km away) are also well worth a visit, and several excellent golf courses are within a short drive.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca.
Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities.
Javea / Tossalet area
The old town of Javea has several historical buildings set along narrow winding streets that all seem to lead to the church and market square at the centre. Several times a year the town bursts into life with the colour and noise of a Fiesta, often including bull-running through the streets, and fireworks.
The port area is home to a local fishing fleet and a modern marina. Over the years it has also evolved into a trendy lunch and dinner destination with its waterfront restaurants and cafe bars. Dominating the fishing port is the modern silhouette of the Church of Nuestra Seńora de Loreto, with it's awe-inspiring roof imitating a ship's hull.
At the wide Blue Flag sandy beach, called the Arenal, is another excellent choice of boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, and there are also a couple of nightclubs here.
The area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and, with little or no package holiday business or high-rise buildings, it is one of the finest holiday rental areas in Europe.
