Villa Juliana is situated in a quiet, exclusive area of Jávea with beautiful pine trees on two sides. Apart from the obvious attractions of this Spanish-style villa with its large pool and landscaped private garden, one of its key characteristics is the scope of the accommodation itself – sleeping 6 people in the main house, and 2 people in the self-contained, integral apartment.
The main house has three twin bedrooms, a large, well-equipped kitchen, two large shower rooms (one en suite), and a spacious, open-plan living/dining area leading onto the partially covered poolside terrace. The apartment, with its own separate access, has one bedroom, shower room, kitchen, and living room, and is ideal for those needing a little peace now and then, or a degree of independence!
There is a good supermarket quite close by, and other supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes radius by car. About 2 km away is the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, a bustling and lively atmosphere, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. In about 15 minutes by car one can reach the attractive port and historic old town of Jávea, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca.
Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities.
Javea / Tossalet area
The old town of Javea has several historical buildings set along narrow winding streets that all seem to lead to the church and market square at the centre. Several times a year the town bursts into life with the colour and noise of a Fiesta, often including bull-running through the streets, and fireworks.
The port area is home to a local fishing fleet and a modern marina. Over the years it has also evolved into a trendy lunch and dinner destination with its waterfront restaurants and cafe bars. Dominating the fishing port is the modern silhouette of the Church of Nuestra Señora de Loreto, with it's awe-inspiring roof imitating a ship's hull.
At the wide Blue Flag sandy beach, called the Arenal, is another excellent choice of boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, and there are also a couple of nightclubs here.
The area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and, with little or no package holiday business or high-rise buildings, it is one of the finest holiday rental areas in Europe.
