This villa is perfectly situated in Pinosol for you to enjoy your Spanish holiday in the sun, located in a quiet area of Javea, with all the conveniences of shops supermarkets,there are four restaurants and a picnic area in the local park all within 10 minutes walk. The secluded pool and hot tub and mature garden will give you privacy at any time of day. The villa is ideal for families with one double and two twin rooms all on same level in the main villa .There is a brand new modern kichen, with granite work tops, there is also a nice view of our mountain called "montgo". There is a gazeebo for shade and dining outside , with table and 6 chairs , and patio 3 pce for cool relaxing.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is set in a very sought after area, close to all amenities, and the Arenal beach, from the port you can go to Denia town by boat . lots of interesting places within half hour drive. walkers will love the challenge of the Montgo mountain. Most of your sporting desires can be satisfied here.Water sports include snorkelling diving water skiing, jet skis.windsurfing and sailing all available in perfect warm seas.There are four golf courses within half hour drive nearest Javea 5minutes Ifach more of a pitch and putt about 15 minutes La Sella testing long course next to the Marroit Hotel complex, complete with international spa about 20 minutes drive, then half an hour drive there is Oliva Nova golf lots of water great course. Behind Arenal beach is the Tennis Club horse riding is also available. 30 minutes drive to Benidorm you have The Theme Parks "Aqualandia water park,the dolphin sea world centre "Mundomar"and with some of the largest rides in europe "Terra Mitica" theme park, more local is "Vergel Safari Park". A trip to Valencia is a great day out there is great buildings and Sea World with Sharks and Walrus this alone could take all day.Valencia was also host to the 2007 Americas Cup. Javea / Pinosol area
Javea is divided into three areas all different, the Old Town is inland slightly and has narrow streets, shopkeepers who speak the language "Valenciano", market day which is thursday is a good time to go stroll around then have a coffee or glass of wine in one of the many local bars. The port area is a working port with a nice Marina good restaurants, and good spot to fih from. Then there is our Arenal Blue flag beach its crescent shaped with golden sand, lots of bars gift shops and good restaurants and ice cream parlours. Javea really comes to life in July and August but the villa is a safe distance away so you can enjoy the the night life then come home and relax by the floodlit pool, The blue flag honour is only given to europes finest beaches, according to The World Health Organisation Javea has one of the most ideal and healthy climates in thge world.
