Further details indoors:
From April the weather begins to warm up nicely with July and August being the hottest. The temperature is still very warm until the end of October. The winters are very mild and this year in February and March we have experienced up to 25 degrees. Making Spain a good all year round holiday choice .
Further details outdoors:
Outside there is a large naya with wrought iron dining furniture and bbq. There are sunbeds and plenty of furniture by the solar heated 10 x 5 pool. With solar heating you will be able to swim long before and after normal pools have given up. The entrance to the property has electric gates and the villa is fully alarmed.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the north section of the Costa Blanca, lapped by the Mediterranean Sea, and is sheilded from the continental winds by Mount Montgó. The World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for long life.
With it's mild year-round climates, varied landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and many tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to keep all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the gem in the crown of Spain's coastal communities. Javea medieval sounds echo through the historic town centre that has largely been preserved over the centuries. White house fronts adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows provide a noble touch to the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas.
The Javea / El Piver area
The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. Also in summer, pleasure boats sail between Cabo San Antonio and Denia up to 3 times a day. Accompanied horse rides and lessons are available at the Centro Hipico Javea. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks. Javea has one of the most attractive seaports along the Mediterranean, due both to its location and to its unsurpassed fishing and sports installations. The modern Yacht Club at the sports marina has nearly 300 berths and facilities for all types of water sports, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing etc.
Javea Golf Club is a two minute drive away. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on the full length 9-hole course. The course has wide, open fairways that sometimes flatter the golfer, but beware the greens. These are very well protected by bunkers. There is a practice green, driving range, 2 tennis courts and a large swimming pool for children, club-house with 2 bars, a restaurant, TV and card room, changing rooms and caddy area. Then perhaps a meal and a drink afterwards on the terrace whilst watching the sun go down over the Montgo mountain. The bar and food service is excellent. We highly recommend it. La Sella Golf Club, Denia is only a 15 minute drive away and is located next to the Montgo Nature Reserve it has unparalleled views of the countryside, with the mountains as a backdrop. The course itself is set in Mediterranean woodlands, and overall is an attractive offering. An 18 hole par 72 course of balanced difficulty, La Sella has proved popular both amongst locals & visitors to the area. Facilities at the club include; Club house, restaurant & cafeteria, sauna, changing rooms, & tennis courts. In addition the La Sella horse riding school operates nearby. So after a grouling 18 holes why not treat yourself to a well earned drink in the club house.

Would highly recommend this villa for families or people that just want a relaxing holiday. Eight of us stayed here, (4 adults 4 children) and we found it to be a beautiful, well equipped, spacious villa with generous gardens. The pool is fantastic and was more than big enough for us all, the pool toys and also normal toys were good for keeping the kids entertained. We had all our meals at the outside dinning table on the veranda overlooking the pool and the fantastic scenery. It was also nice to have the option of the BBQ, which we used a couple of times. The air conditioned rooms were very well received as we stayed in August and it was still a bit warm at night. British TV was nice for the kids to watch while having breakfast but to be honest the rest of the time was spent outside. The villa is in a quite location but the beach and shops are only a five minute drive away. Deena was very helpful and accommodating prior to and during our stay. We'd love to go back sometime soon!!!!!!!

We stayed as a family of five, plus a couple of teenage friends of our children. The villa was ideal, big enough for everyone to enjoy their own space but still interacting. Despite the children's ages of 9 to 20 we were amazed how having a pool kept them all happily entertained, especially the novelty when lit up at night. Apart from catching up with the Olympics on TV daily, we spent our time "at home" on the naya enjoying the shade and later, the evening breeze. The 2km walk into Javea was fine for the teenagers and they disappeared daily without complaint. Javea beach was busy but friendly, as were the town's restaurants and bars in the evenings. We took Deena's advice to try Autos Javea for car hire, and stand by her recommendation, both on price and service.

There was eight of us staying here in August 2011. It was very spacious we were never under each others feet. The garden was beautiful and the pool perfect. The villa itself was brilliant and very clean, all of the eight beds were very comfortable with freshly laundered sheets and towels, it contained everything you would wish for. When you got up in the morning and went out on to the naya what a beautiful view of the mountain. We all loved it here and would definately recommend it and would love to go there again without any hesitation. Deena was very helpful.
