Ideally located spacious house, well maintained and equipped to suit all ages with a large shared pool just outside the door. Cable TV with Englsih stations. Ideal for summer holidays or winter lets. Owner also arranges rentals for adjoining property so if you would like to make up a larger party of people but keep your own privacy, this would be an ideal situation for you.
Private enclosed garden, sunny terrace with blinds, table and chairs, sunloungers and a large barbeque. A small, communal gym is available for the use of guests. There is a lovely rocky beach perfect for sun bathing and swimming from just across the road and a large crescent shaped beautiful sandy beach backed by bars, restaurants and shops just a 5 minute walk away. Car hire is not essential, infact it wouldnt be worth driving to the beach, but it would be a shame not to hire one as the area is really nice to explore.

The house will be ready for occupation by 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Prices are inclusive of linen. Towels are provided but not for the beach. Insurance is not included in the cost and it is advised that it is taken out by each member of the party. For cancellations made less than eight weeks prior to departure the cost of the rental is payable in full. The £50 refundable deposit will be returned to you as soon as the house keys have been returned and confirmation that no damage has occurred has been received.
