This delighfully furnished first floor apartment has the best of both worlds - it is perfect for a family holiday with all amenities within walking distance, including the gently sloping sandy beach at the Arenal and Javea Port and the Old Town with their distinctive appeal, only a very short drive. On the other hand it can appeal to longer term tenants beacuse it is centrally located making it very convenient if you are basing yourself here before buying your own property or working locally.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

A great year-round holiday destination, Alicante Province offers any visitor sun, sea and....mountains! Soak up the sun in the popular beach resorts of Alicante town, Torrevieja and Benidorm by day, and party the night away! Denia is a beautiful mix of beach and mountain, and has some delicious seafood. Kids will love Terra Mitica theme park, plentiful waterparks and the impressive Elche Palm Grove.


Javea / The Arenal area

The historic town of Javea is slightly set back from the coast and is a typical small Moorish-style town with narrow blind-alley streets and white-washed houses, and has a truely Spanish feel. There is a central covered market and several small tapas bars and boutiques can be found in the surrounding streets. There is also a weekly open-air market in the Plaza de la Constitucion.


How to get there

Fly from UK by EasyJet, Flybe, Thompson, Monarch to Valencia or Alicante. 70 minutes drive from the airport to Javea. Roads are well signposted either by Motorway or ordinary road. Taxi, bus or private hire car - Javea Cars or Europa Goldcar.

We furnished this property to our own specification, not just for the holiday letting market, the dining room and sitting room furniture specifically - it really is attractive and has been commended by our tenants this year. The location was chosen so that a family or couple could walk everywhere, even to the beach, which is only 5 minutes walk away. Restaurants, cafes, shops, banks and supermarkets are all close by. Or if you wish to stay in, the double balcony takes the afternoon and evening sun and has views of the hills behind Javea plus the famous Mount Montgo.

Further details outdoors:
The grounds are well maintained and mature with a good size communal pool with shower and paddling pool with paved edging and surrounded by grass. The underground allocated parking is secure and with nearby lift access to the first floor apartment.

Further afield you can explore the Jalon Valley with a host of delightful typically Spanish villages ranging north from Jalon to Pego.

Or if you need to entertain the children, the Water Park at Benidorm is a great fun and the beach at Moraira (10 kms away). Brochures for all the attractions in the locality can be picked up from the local Tourist Information office just a few minutes walk away.


Conditions

Longer term lets over the autumn, winter and spring seasons are welcome up to a maximum of 6 months.

Save 15% for a two week booking during Spring and Summer. Longer term bookings in the winter are £413 per calendar month plus the cost of services or £500 per calendar month inclusive of services.

The rates above are for all remaining dates available at the apartment and include the provision of linen and towels which are changed weekly during the holiday season, full cleaning between lets, all gas,water and electricity.

A 25% deposit will be required at time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period along with a £100 refundable security deposit.
