Javea is situated approximately mid way between Alicante and Valencia.It is a coastal town,consisting of 3 distinctive areas:The Port,The Old Town and the Arenal (Beach area). The town Has the mountain of Montgo as a backdrop,as dramatic and imposing a sight as one could wish for. Javea is renowned for its exceptionally green surroundings,the change from almost desert conditions to a green area is again most dramatic when one drives from Alicante north to the area.

Jávea is located between the Capes of La Nau and Sant Antoni on Mediterranean sea. The town is situated. in the north of the Costa Blanca and is protected from continental winds by the mountainous barrier of the Montgó. It has a varied landscape, both along the coast and inland, a mild climate throughout the year with an average temperature of 18 ºC, and much to offer tourists - all waiting in this beautiful town which has conserved all the charm of traditional seafaring communities.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante,then by road North to Javea. Motorway (toll 4.75 euros) to Tuelada/Beniotachell exit (no. 63) then 12 kms to Javea. Alternatively,fly to Valencia,then by motorway south to Javea jct 63 as above. Easyjet sevices Alicante froma number of UK airports. Ryanair also have a service from Stansted to Valencia.

Further details indoors: The Villa is built to traditional Spanish specifications,with Tosca Stone features included.The Villa comprises a large kitchen and dining area,a separate lounge area,three bedrooms,the master with en suite.There is also a separate Shower/Toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped,microwave/dishwasher/toaster/iron etc all included. The lounge has double doors leading onto the Naya which overlooks the swimming pool area.The fireplace is ideal for log burning,if required-a pleasant feature on winter evenings.Central Heating is fitted and can be made availabkle on request in the cooler months for a small extra fee. For long term winter lettings the Central Heating would be part of the fee (November through to end of March).
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool is kidney shaped (8 x 4 mtrs) with Roman steps. The garden areas are terraced and comprise various areas of different plant types,see photographs.The total plot area is 1200 sqr mtrs,thus ensuring a good deal of privacy.

The owner of the Villa will ensure that local support is available for any help required whilst you are staying there. Pets are acceptable only for lets of a minimum of one month,this being more suitable for the winter periods.
