This lovely villa has the advantage of being in a quiet location, yet it is close to all the action. Set in an exclusive, green and leafy area of Jávea in 1,200 sq.m. of enclosed grounds and gardens, this spacious and superbly furnished home has many features that make it a very special place to stay.
On the main level an attractive living room leads to the pool terrace; from inside the lounge and from the terraces there are fine, open views of the sea, Cabo San Antonio and Mount Montgó. The open-plan kitchen to one end is light, airy, and very well fitted out and equipped. On the same level are an imposing entrance hall, three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. The second shower room is on the first floor along with a roof terrace that provides a peaceful retreat and is a real sun trap! The furnishings and bed linen have been carefully chosen and coordinated to create a calm, harmonious and elegant environment.
All major supermarkets, beaches and restaurants are within very easy reach, between a five and ten minutes drive away. The historic old town, full of charm and interest, is only a fifteen- minute drive from the house. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance of the villa.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca.
Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities.
Javea area
The old town of Javea has several historical buildings set along narrow winding streets that all seem to lead to the church and market square at the centre. Several times a year the town bursts into life with the colour and noise of a Fiesta, often including bull-running through the streets, and fireworks.
The port area is home to a local fishing fleet and a modern marina. Over the years it has also evolved into a trendy lunch and dinner destination with its waterfront restaurants and cafe bars. Dominating the fishing port is the modern silhouette of the Church of Nuestra Señora de Loreto, with it's awe-inspiring roof imitating a ship's hull.
At the wide Blue Flag sandy beach, called the Arenal, is another excellent choice of boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, and there are also a couple of nightclubs here.
The area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and, with little or no package holiday business or high-rise buildings, it is one of the finest holiday rental areas in Europe.
