A beautiful and very spacious first floor apartment in a low-rise, quality development just 150 metres from the seafront – 15 minutes by foot to the Port of Javea, and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach. The gardens are delightful, with beautifully manicured lawns, tropical trees and shrubs, and a large swimming pool.
The apartment itself has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The lounge/dining room, with three windows along one side, and double doors at the end looking onto the pool and gardens, is a superb room providing a light and comfortable atmosphere, while the beautiful, white marble floors throughout give the apartment a cooling effect in the summer and warmth and comfort in the winter.
There are two beach bars on the shingle beach nearby, and this is laid out in the summer with tropical sunshades and sun loungers. The Arenal sandy beach is under a kilometre along the seafront, the distance to the Port is little more than 500 metres, and the historic old town of Javea is about 2 km. There is a good supermarket literally a few minutes away, and several golf courses within a 25-minute radius.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca.
Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities.
The Javea area
The old town of Javea has several historical buildings set along narrow winding streets that all seem to lead to the church and market square at the centre. Several times a year the town bursts into life with the colour and noise of a Fiesta, often including bull-running through the streets, and fireworks.
The port area is home to a local fishing fleet and a modern marina. Over the years it has also evolved into a trendy lunch and dinner destination with its waterfront restaurants and cafe bars. Dominating the fishing port is the modern silhouette of the Church of Nuestra Señora de Loreto, with it's awe-inspiring roof imitating a ship's hull.
At the wide Blue Flag sandy beach, called the Arenal, is another excellent choice of boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, and there are also a couple of nightclubs here.
The area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and, with little or no package holiday business or high-rise buildings, it is one of the finest holiday rental areas in Europe.
