A 3 bedroom apartment in Javea area, Costa Blanca, Spain. Our apartment is ideally situated on the small and tranquil development of Golden Beach in the El Arenal area of Javea. The main sandy beach at El Arenal is less than a 5-minute stroll away as are numerous shops bars and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a large pool and garden area with palm trees and tropical bushes. A superb spot for soaking up the sun and relaxing in the areas of natural shade. We have furnished this apartment to a high standard. It has a main bedroom with en suite bathroom and a further bathroom that includes a shower cubicle. The spacious lounge opens onto the balcony as does the main bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and the apartment has the benefit of air conditioning, to ensure that it offers superb value and all the essentials for a relaxing and sun filled holiday in Javea. The apartment is on a secure complex and a basement parking space is included in the rental. We also have the benefit of a full English and Sky TV package.

Javea / The Arenal area
Javea is situated in the north of Alicante province, between Cabo San Antonio and Cabo La Nao. This popular resort is often referred to as the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca and it is easy to see why. Javea has a relaxing and typically Spanish atmosphere with many contrasting features from the historic old town to the port and beach areas with their variety of restaurants and bars.The old fishing port is full of character and together with the marina is one of the main tourist areas of the town. The popular sandy Arenal beach is in a sheltered bay. It has a long, attractive promenade and there are many shops and boutiques selling a wide range of quality goods, beachwear and accessories. The Arenal area has many excellent bars and restaurants to suit every taste, serving most European cuisines. At night the bars come to life, offering a good mix of music and entertainment. Our apartment is ideally situated for the perfect holiday. If you want a relaxing holiday in the sun there are numerous Blue Flag beaches within easy reach. El Arenal, with its magnificent beach and palm tree lined promenade is less than a 5-minute stroll away. Here you will find safe swimming and activities for children of all ages. The main town and port area of Javea is within walking distance or less than five minutes by car. The nearest international airports are Alicante and Valencia. Both are approximately 70 minutes by car using the A7 motorway.

Further details indoors: We have a full English TV package including a number of Sky channels and Sky Sports. Linen and towels are included but beach towels are not. Cleaning of the apartment at the end of the rental period is included in the rent. We would prefer non-smoking but would request that smokers who want to rent should smoke on the balcony only.
Further details outdoors: We have a lovely balcony overlooking the swimming pool and with views of Montgo in the distance. The sun is on the balcony for most of the afternoon and evening. We have a large table seating six people for outdoor eating and 4 reclining chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

AREAS OF INTEREST AND TOURIST ATTRACTIONS. About 30 minutes drive away is Benidorm, with many spectacular attractions including the Aqualandia water theme park, the Mundomar dolphin water park and Terra Mitica - the new theme park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. 20 minutes drive over the Montgo headland brings you to the delightful cosmopolitan town of Denia. Rich in history and culture, its streets are a fascinating showcase of architecture through the ages. Its buildings are a permanent monument to the civilisations that have made their mark here. The focal point is the impressive 16th century castle. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby towns include Moraira, Calpe, Benissa, Teulada.

Notes to the rental rates:
1. Air conditioning is an additional cost of £50 p.w. should you require it.
2. A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the rental payment to be made 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.Final payment will be required on all bookings made within the 8 week period. A security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment. This amount will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period.
3. We can accept payment payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros.
4. A change of linen is available during lettings that exceed one week. This can be arranged locally with our Managing Agents who will advise on the cost and service provided.
