The Apartment is just minutes walking distance to the fine sandy beach and close by to MC Donald's and the famous Scallops on the beach, have a full English breakfast for just 1.25€
Sleeping from 1 to 4 adults 1 Double Bedroom with twin new single beds that can be made up to a double on request, fitted with built in wardrobes, ceiling paddle fan.
The Large lounge has a new sofa bed with folds down to a double bed and a TV and DVD with music discs and some movies are supplied. Reading Books are provided in the apartment.
The terrace may be used as open or closed area making it safe for small children, it can also be locked down.

A Small End Cleaning Charge of between €30 to 40 EURO plus Vat is payable subject to a property inspection on handing back of the property keys.
Your Returnable £100 - €150 key security deposit is required on hand over of the property keys and a short term rental contract signed in Spain.
LONG TERM LETS all prices are on application and availability, these bookings will require a higher key security deposit for all lets commence from September 2008 for a duration of 1 to 6 months these rental prices will exclude all consumed electric charges, water and community charges in Spain.
