The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The World Health organisation once famously described the Costa Blanca as having a near perfect climate with 320 days of sunshine every year. Despite so much sun, Javea is sheltered from the extremes of heat and drought by it's own unique micro climate which helps to keep the countryside green all year round. Just over an hour's drive from Alicante or Valencia you will notice the landscape change dramatically from the dry sun baked salt planes and rice production areas to more rugged and mountainous terrain. There are no shortages of good restaurants in Javea or things to do whilst on holiday here.
Javea area
Javea can be found sheltering under the magnificent Montgo (elephant) mountain and is surrounded by Mediterranean forest, orange, olive and almond groves. Javea is situated an hour in either direction from both the international airports of Alicante and Valencia and is divided into three distinct districts: The historic medieval town, with its white washed houses, narrow cobbled streets and Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome; the fishing port with its marina, restaurants and piazzas; and El Arenal the bustling heart of the sandy palm lined bay with it's long promenade filled with lively bars and shops offering a wide variety of family entertainment. Javea's unspoilt coast line and mountainous landscape make it an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Mediterranean coastal waters make an ideal place to learn to sail, and courses are offered in English and Spanish from a choice of two local sailing schools in the Marina. There are also scuba diving courses and a wide variety of pleasure cruises including the infamous 'beach party cruise' also booked from the port .

Javea is situated an hour in either direction from both the international airports of Alicante and Valencia. These airports are serviced by a number of budget airlines including Easyjet, Ryanair and BMI.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom opens to the balcony terrace and has built in wardrobes. The second double bedroom has built in wardrobes, and views out over the park and ornamentals fountains.
There is a third smaller bedroom which can sleep 2 children. There is a well appointed kitchen with granite work surfaces and a comfortable lounge with seating for six. The site has 24 hour security secure entry systems and underground parking.

A welcome pack of provisions is included free of charge. Rental charges provide for the cleaning prior to arrival only. To ensure that the property can be prepared in time for the next client please leave the property as you would expect to find it. Check in time after 3:30pm, departure by 10:00am.
Conditions
Bookings can be made by using the enquiry form and contacting us via this web site. We will forward details of how to make your reservation. The booking will then be confirmed when 30% of the total rental has been received. The balance together with a refundable inventory deposit of 250€ must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The inventory deposit will be returned by transfer after final inspection, within 14 days of departure.
