Further details indoors: This very spacious villa with panoramic views across the countryside is within walking distance of Jávea Old Town. From a covered porch the front door leads in to the large entrance hall, with the kitchen and cloakroom off it. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and leads through to a separate utility room. From here the back door gives direct access through the car port to the pool terrace. An arch separates the entrance hall from the dining room, which has double doors out to the big covered terrace overlooking the garden. The comfortably furnished lounge is off the dining room. This has large picture windows offering lovely views across the valley.The lounge features a stone faced wall at one end and a beamed ceiling. The master bedroom with en suite bath/shower room is off the dining room, and the other two bedrooms and shower room are off the passage from the entrance hall
Further details outdoors: The beamed terrace is glazed at each end and furnished with a large table and chairs, ideal for those al fresco meals or just to sit around and talk the evening away. The garden features Mediterranean shrubs and plants and has a large lawn. Beside the big pool is an open paved area with sun loungers and on a slightly higher level is another open terrace and a large covered terrace with table and chairs.
