Further details indoors: This two storey villa has steps leading from the garden to the first floor where there is a large covered terrace with table and chairs. Sliding doors lead into the comfortably furnished lounge/dining room, and the large well equipped kitchen is off the dining area. A short passage leads to stairs down to the bedrooms, and off this is a shower room with wc and handbasin. Downstairs two bedrooms share a bathroom, and the master bedroom has a shower room en suite and a very private open terrace. A door leads from one of the bedrooms to the garden and pool area.
Further details outdoors: The large kidney shaped swimming pool is attractively set in the lawns at the front of the villa. The property is fully fenced and gated, its southerly aspect making it bright and sunny.
