Further details indoors: The front door leads in to a spacious entrance hall on the upper level. Off this hall are the three bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and a separate family bathroom. All the bedrooms have double doors with typically Spanish railings. All are protected with pull-down mosquito nets. A staircase goes down from the entrance hall to the lounge and dining room. This is spacious and bright and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is located conveniently close to the dining area.
Further details outdoors: Double doors lead out from the dining room to a large covered terrace overlooking the pool. This is furnished with table and chairs and the views from here are wonderful, encompassing Cumbre del Sol to the south and Mt Montgo to the north. The pool has an extensive paved surround with plenty of room for sun loungers. In one corner of the terrace is the barbecue pergola, with a built-in barbecue and table and chairs for enjoying those al fresco meals. The garden round the villa is well tended and tidy. There is a shaded parking area and the property is fully fenced and gated.
