Situated in the Castellans area, close to the historic old town of Jávea, Villa Estepona has every ingredient for a wonderful holiday – plenty of space inside and out, good facilities, privacy, high standards, and comfort.
The large lounge is the heart of the villa, leading, on one side, to a garden room, on the other side to the bedrooms and bathrooms, via a gallery overlooking the lounge and, at the end, to the dining room. Next to this room, the large, state-of-the art kitchen has doors to the garden, barbecue area, and swimming pool. The garden room, with its sea views, arched windows the entire length and at both ends, each with double opening doors, make it the ideal place for dining and relaxing in the heat of the summer, or the cooler winter months.
Two very modern and stylish bathrooms, and one shower room, complete the excellent facilities. Outside, the poolside brick-built barbecue, close to the kitchen, is the focal point for outdoor summer living. There is also a poolside shower room with wc.
15/20 minutes walk downhill, or just a few minutes’ drive, takes one to town, while the bustling Port area is just 10 minutes’ by car, and the drive to the Arenal beach will take about 15 minutes. Two golf courses are very close by, and others are within a 20-minute radius.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca.
Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities.
Javea area
The old town of Javea has several historical buildings set along narrow winding streets that all seem to lead to the church and market square at the centre. Several times a year the town bursts into life with the colour and noise of a Fiesta, often including bull-running through the streets, and fireworks.
The port area is home to a local fishing fleet and a modern marina. Over the years it has also evolved into a trendy lunch and dinner destination with its waterfront restaurants and cafe bars. Dominating the fishing port is the modern silhouette of the Church of Nuestra Señora de Loreto, with it's awe-inspiring roof imitating a ship's hull.
At the wide Blue Flag sandy beach, called the Arenal, is another excellent choice of boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, and there are also a couple of nightclubs here.
The area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and, with little or no package holiday business or high-rise buildings, it is one of the finest holiday rental areas in Europe.
